The suite was beautiful and spacious. The area is right next to the freeway, but surprisingly quiet. The reception ladies very welcoming. The suites are brand new and very clean

The shades in the room didn’t keep out the sun. The shower sprayed into bathroom area even after trying to be careful. We were supposed to be able to use laundry facilities but the older gentleman at the reception desk was not as accommodating. Did not realize the laundry was actually the hotel laundry so had to work around housekeeping. We ended up not doing it. It is not in the suite rooms as it might appear on the hotel description

Free use of washer and dryer after 4pm but only one of each. Ask at Desk. Bring your laudry and they will take you and unlock but have to come back and not stay. Comfortable rooms and cool breeze at night in September.

Close for services at 7pm each eveing. Closed Sunday for food and service. Airconditioning 5 Euro a day but have to ask, Ask at desk. Our air conditioning was broken so waited till Monday to get repaired.

The bed was very comfortable and the blankets warm. We travelled in February. The location is great for anyone temporarily visiting Ramstien AFB. Quiet room. McDonald's is open late close by, in case you miss the hotel dining hours. Complementary Haruno gummies and 1litre of water is a nice touch.

The shower was small with the 2 sliding door design in a corner. This means water escapes onto the floor.

Great location, convenient to the highway and to US bases. Rooms were small, but had all necessary amenities with an added bonus of mini-fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Not necessarily a negative, but the restaurant was so popular I had trouble finding parking arriving at dinner time. After the rush, parking went back to normal

Clean and spacious room with efficient WiFi connection. Good breakfast and polite staff.

The property is almost adjacent to the highway and this creates some acoustic noise if you would like to spend some time outdoors. However, building insulation is effective and there are no noise issues inside the room.

I really loved the bed, it was amazingly comfortable and very soft. Plus, the pillows were fluffy (which is hard to find in Germany). Honestly, this might have the best bed I've stayed at in a hotel in this whole country and I travel a lot. The hotel is handicap accessible and no stairs are needed to access the rooms. The internet is great, everything was clean, the hotel was charming and the staff is very friendly.

There's only one problem for me - the water pressure is very low. Plus, the soap they are using smells acrid, like an old lady. For most people, the water pressure is a minor annoyance, but because I'm disabled, long showers to get rid of the soap or to wash my hair are a hidden potential injury that starts off my day with pain. Unfortunately, that is probably the sole reason I won't come back here, though if I can make sure my hair doesn't need to be washed, I'd come back.

The location is great. The room was nead. The facility itself is nice, a nice olace to stay.

My room was facing the restaurant. There was a birthday party going on that night till early morning next day. It was extremely loud (music and people talking loudly). Impossible for me to sleep. If I would have been given a different room further away from the party, I would have been able to enjoy my stay. My recommendation: at checkin ask if there is an event that night, and if yes ask for a room that isn't close to the restaurant.

The rooms were clean and the staff called a taxi for us but then took the time to tell us to come back inside because it’s cold and it’ll still be a few more minutes.

I’m not sure why but there was a sewer smell outside our exterior room for both days we were there.

The staff is super kind and they have been available to find a solution to a small issue with my reservation. Suite is big, very clean and provides anything you need for a comfortable stay. Restaurant provides good quality for a good price.

Frequent this lodging a lot, every room location is a new experience. It's always clean. Oh new experience, I wasn't able to check in until late and the staff made sure that I was able to get settled in.
