Good location. Easy to find. Ample parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good communication from the hotel as we needed an extra bed in our room. Room was a good size, had USB sockets, lovely TV, tea/coffee in the room, plus fridge and safe. Great bathroom and an awesome shower. Great air con too.

This was my third stay at the Kaiserslautern Hampton. This is my go-to hotel when visiting. The staff is always friendly, and I love the gym; it is always clean and meets all my needs. The included breakfast is fulfilling. I also appreciate that there is plentiful free parking available.

There aren’t many options in Kaiserslautern for an affordable but comfortable hotel, so it’s usually either this or the Best Western. I love that they’re dog-friendly.

I’m from a small German town so I’m always very surprised to see how many U.S. military people are here in uniform. It’s pretty uncomfortable, especially considering they always write really inappropriate/sexual messages on the alphabet block message board in the lounge. I think the presence of so many military in uniform is enough to make me consider not staying here.

The hotel was clean and quiet at night, the rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the night and the convenience of parking right outside without additional costs. We also forgot some things in the rooms and we were able to get them with very kind service from the staff.

When it got busy, it was a bit of a wait to get attention from the service staff.

Free parking an EV charging available. Roms with plenty of sockets and can control AC +-3 rather than not at all. Modern. Some board games and computer/printer available.

Lifts are separate from each other, so need to press two buttons to get it fastest. Waffles were not so tasty, though made on the spot... Bit of a pain to enable Internet, needs to register for program with full contact data... Most hotels these days make it easy to connect, like before 9/11 (was a period of many years thereafter where EU made hotels make Internet very difficult to use). McDonalds were among the first in hospitality to reduce the user barrier for Internet WiFi activation...

Air conditioning worked great! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast and parking were both good.

No connecting rooms. We have smaller children so getting adjacent rooms was challenging and there are no connecting rooms. Not able to call from room to room 🙁.

Nice and clean. Although Spring Fest was literally next door, we never heard anything! The breakfast is exceptional! Not a typical continental breakfast but a hot breakfast with pleasant of offerings. Free parking.

A/C was a bit difficult to understand but worked.

The breakfast was the best in all the 6 hotels we have stayed in on our motorcycle tour. The reception staff were kind and warm and friendly. The food we had from the bar area was very good. The bedrooms were amazing - felt quite luxurious! The bed was very comfortable, the pillows a little too soft for us but really not an issue. Parking for the motorcycles was good and close to the hotel.

Everything was perfect: The wonderful staff, cleanliness, location, parking, breakfast, and the price was very reasonable. Anyone who visits this hotel will be convinced by all of this, and it truly deserves a full 10 with all my heart. ❤️
