Breakfast was fantastic. The bartenders were very friendly and made fantastic drinks. Front desk check in staff were also very friendly.

Upon checking into my hotel room I noticed that the bedding was dirty. Spots of food and what looked like mold spores on the sheets and blanket. I took pictures and went back to checkin. At first they just wanted to change the bedding. I requested a new room instead. I was given a new room. A better gesture would have been an upgraded room or perhaps free breakfast for the next morning. It was inconvenient to have to change rooms and deal with the dirty bedding. Also beds are not comfy. Mattresses are too soft and pillow too flat. Also, I could here lots of noise all night from the streets.

The staff and location are fabulous!

The carpet should be replaced with wood floors. The cleaning staff weren’t very thorough (when I checked into my room the toilet seat had stains on it - I assume water stains, but still they should have wiped it down properly. It stayed like that for a week before someone properly wiped it down).

Room is always clean. One of my employees accidently booked a room at the Frankfurt hotel and the desk clerk was able to make the correction without a penalty to my employee.

Maybe a little more light in the room. Add a sheet to the bedding, since the comforter can get very hot and there is no alternative.

I liked the location, it was easy to walk around and find whatever you needed.

The room was small for me. The foot of the bed was so close to the tv wall that I had to walk sideways to get back and forth. Was not a fan of having a bathtub but it worked fine. Being a big guy, the room was just too small for me.

I came late during the night. It was not clearly marked how to enter hotel, where to enter parking and I had to make some investigation in the middle of the night to discover all this. Also door to enter hotel were locked and not marked as a hotel entrance. Some lady opened a door but was suspicious am I guest or not. So, all in all it was a bit confusing but at the end everything went fine.

Central location, easy to access, heated floor in bathroom was nice

Difficult to regulate the temperature in the room. I get that in Europe central AC/heating is irregular but it was still smoldering

stayed at the SAKS many times and always found the staff welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was up to its usual standard.

pillows type did not suit my needs. Little thing but has an effect on your sleep.

Good location and room size. Comfortable beds, friendly staff.

There is a glass wall to the whole bathroom - toilet and shower. This is serious lack of privacy. Not a fan of this type of design at all.

The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful and always very friendly and accommodating. Great customer service.

As a vegan there was absolutely nothing for me to eat and 15 euro is too much to pay for chia pudding and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast. The dinner staff didn't know of vegan options but did try to accommodate or understand. This is not very appealing for a modern hotel.

Very comfortable bed. The room was nicely organized and provided all amenities that we wanted or needed. Very good downtown location and easy parking made it perfect for our evening!

We brought our own small fans because (like most European hotels) the room was a bit stuffy. Opening a window lets in too much street noise. Our own fans made it perfect!
