This hotel was very nice and had great breakfast options. Our room was clean and comfortable and had all of the basic needs included. There was plenty of parking available and the staff were very kind.

We loved that our room had AC, as it was a bit warm when we visited, but the AC unit seemed to be on a timer or a bit of a delay and it wasn’t always working. Other than this though, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very professional staff. The room has a tablet of incredible information not only about Hotel amenities but also leisure activities and points of interest. Very user-friendly! The bed and the pillows were very comfortable, and the food was delicious. Great value for the price! Highly recommend staying here. The overall ratings for the place is the real deal. My family and I enjoyed staying here and plan on staying here next time we are in town.

It's not fault of the hotel, but it would be nice if it had a pool.

Clean, convenient location, courteous and friendly staff. Dining area was always clean and run efficiently. All food was hot and plentiful. Breakfast had plenty of items and variety. Breakfast at the Merkur was better than fast-food options.

Cannot honestly think of anything. We slept comfortably and staff was always helpful and courteous in providing what we needed when asked.

Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Parking was a public garage 1 street over, was not an issue. Area felt safe. Close proximity to the metro which got us downtown to the Domio just fine.

Only complaint was the mildew in the shower along the seems/silicone caulking/ceiling. I think the issue was a non-functional ventilation fan leaving it rather humid in the bathroom for long periods of time.

EXCELLENT Location. Very close to Ramstein Air Base and there is plenty of parking. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was AMAZING. The room was very spacious and clean.

The beds were not very comfortable. We were in a suite and I slept on the double bed and my daughter on the pull out sofa. Unfortunately, we did not sleep well. We loved the hotel but the bed was not great. :(

I absolutely loved the property, the staff and the amenities. The staff were polite, patient and accommodating to our needs. The parking was easy and always available. Rooms were clean and fully serviced each day. I have no complaints about this property.

There was nothing I didnt like about this property. It was off the freeway close to the american bases which made our travels very easy. Staff spoke english and were amazing to be around. I have nothing negative to say about this facility.

We liked everything, including the location, but some people might not like that the only thing within walking distance is a McDonald's.

Very comfortable hotel with a convenient location right next to the highway. At the same time, even with the windows open, it is quite comfortable to sleep at night. But the price is a bit overpriced.

Great location for my work. As always, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are excellent and very clean and comfortable. The food is great!! Breakfast is very good, and the restaurant superb. Very nice fitness center. Overall it’s a great place.

The staff was outstanding. They made the stay superb. They are the most professional, courteous, and helpful staff that I have ever dealt with. They are the reason for the success of this hotel.
