This is a beautifully kept property. The owner’s family have been there for at least 2 generations. Klaus (?) is super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Rooms, breakfast area and everywhere is so clean and well maintained. The breakfast was superb with every choice catered for. It was even suggested that I make a sandwich with some of the bread, meat and salad that I hadn’t eaten for breakfast. I would 100% come back and stay there.

There is nothing to not like.

Anyway, everything is very clean and described in detail. The room has everything you need and everything works perfectly. It was very nice to find an apple. Nice and helpful host. The location is particularly good.

There is no elevator, so getting to the 3rd floor with a large suitcase would be a challenge. The breakfast is plentiful, but there was no hot food and I think 15 Euros is not worth it :)

Nice spacious room/appartment with comfortable bathroom and second bedroom. Two big closets, minibar, handy desk, sofa, airco and many windows. Possibility to make coffee/tea in the room. The room was very clean and the hotel/surrounding was quiet. The breakfast was superb! The hotel itself was located in the center of the city. Next to the shopping center and shopping streets. Many nice bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Close to Gartenschau, Japanese garden, Wildpark,…

Very comfortable room with good amenities in the center of town. There was a water boiler for tea and a refrigerator with snacks for purchase. The hosts were super nice and accommodating. The location is right in the middle of town but it is quiet at night. The room was bright and airy and all the windows open to allow fresh air. We didn't get to try the breakfast but I would bet it's good. We will definitely be coming back!

It's perhaps the perfect hotel. The absence of a reception proves that the idea is probably outdated as there's really nothing negative to say about this great hotel. The way the rooms are decorated, the provision of very high quality complimentary and paid-for refreshments and an absolutely superb breakfast in a very comfortable dining room.

Everything seemed pretty well perfect. If there is anything bad about this hotel then you'd have to look hard to find it and be very unlucky if you found something less than 100%.

Beautiful and secure property in downtown Kaiserslautern. We have been to the city to visit our daughter, this place is very accessible to walking anywhere downtown . We loved it, and coming back to the A/C was fabulous on the warm days when we walked all day!

The staff were exceptionally patient, helpful, and understanding. The room was super clean, comfortable and quiet. Location was convenient to parking, shopping, etc. I didn't have time for breakfast, but they offered to give me a takeaway breakfast.

The owners of the hotel were very nice. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I like the fact that the hotel is quiet and the mall is literally 40 steps away. I would most definitely stay again.

Beautiful! The owner personally welcomed us and fulfilled any requests. The breakfast included local bakery goods and was delicious.

The parking spaces were extremely close. My son expressed that he felt the area was sketchy. However the hotel drastically stood apart from the surrounding area.

The apartment I stayed in was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. The location was great.

Maybe having a treadmill and/or sauna would make this hotel perfect, but it is not critical.
