The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, with a balcony - looking across the hills in front. It was large and comfortable.

Due to the position of the hotel you would need to take the car if you wanted to visit the town. You can walk to the fenicular however, if you want to go up the mountain and see the views.

- good varied breakfast - they do what they can with an old property - good signage, activities, good for families with kids, people with dogs, etc.

- the building is aging and, until a general renovation, this will be felt; still, they do the best they can with it

The main advantage of a high-rise building in a mountain is the spectacular view - it's simply amazing! We stayed in a comfort room with many windows, and there were forests all around us. The terrace was simply enormous, and our daughter could race on her scooter. The interior was comfortable enough and matching the style of the building. The two pools are great, there are also two kids rooms - a movement-oriented one, and a quieter one. An extensive entertainment programme is also present if you're into such a thing.

The nice view has a piece, and it's paid by being located on a hill - it's an uphill climb, аnd you are far from the town centre. The front desk staff has no decision-making power, so if there were some misunderstandings with your reservation like in our case, you'd better hope it's a working day and somebody competent to assist you is present. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired. The worst part by far though is the food - it looks ok on paper, with decent variety, but cheap products and uninspired cooks make for one of the least appealing offerings we've ever encountered.

It was all excellent! The breakfast is luxurious, the room is very nice and located with a view to the nature. I would recommend it in any case since even outdoor activities for families are offered.

Great location with loads to do for families

It was a little “old school” but still well maintained. The lifts were sometimes very busy and took a long time to come.

Everything went well. The room was nice, the breakfast was delicious and variate, location is great.

Maybe the cleanliness can be improved. It was a bit noisy in the morning.

The Staff was very friendly..the Hotel reminds me of a moves from the 70's and cool...the Food was good . Rooms are big and clean..The Pool is big ..Our daughter ( 5) loved it ...and a Indoor playground..a very famliy friendly hotel...

If I had to find something 😂they maybe that parking is not free ..14 Euro /Day

Great place for a relaxing weekend. Good location for one to go on short and long treks.

Breakfast is very good. Dinner is very good also. Price for dinner is 24EUR, but it worth it. I have doubts that it is possible to find something in the city with less price but with the same variety of dishes. Soup, main dishes desseets are avaliable. Espessialy when the weater is not so good, it is good that hotel provide such service as dinner. Rooms are modern, clean and very light (very big window). Swimming pool is good. I do not think it needs any renovation, as the guests will be without a pool in this case for while Hotel is just changed managing company (end of 2021) so old and bad reviews are not relevant anymore.

Everything is good. Yes hotel is not fully new, and probably it need some minor renovations. But I did not notice any problems during my stay.

no English speaking staff at the desk parking garage not accessible to SUV due to 1,8m in height max swimming pool a bit on the coldish side, could have been a bit warmer, otherwise very nice.
