Sorry taht I have not asked her name , but she was genuinly Having a happy similing Friendly nature to greet and assisit the guests. even late in the night when she was serving the drinks in the bar she was equally happy and friendly. Matters a lot. She was not having a fake Artifical Smile on her face. very professioanal very Polite and absolutely got me impressed first time I interacted with her.

Was surprised with the room size ! as I am first timer in this hotel . however may be because of the Good thing above I might come back again. :)

We were in town for one night to attend a wedding. We were given early check in and late check out free of charge, so we could get ready in time and have a little longer sleep the day after. The room was super comfortable, with an amazing view over the valley.

This was our third stay at this facility. It is conveniently located, extremely clean and well maintained, and the staff is exceptional. A wide variety of options are offered for breakfast.

Friendly staff will help you with all your questions. Nice room with airco. At check-in, you can choose between room cleaning or mini-bar ( which gets refilled ).

Second stay here, and enjoyed it just as much. It is a beautiful hotel right in the town center, with a gorgeous view from the window. The room was very nice and spacious. Very friendly and professional staff. Delicious breakfast with a lot of options to choose from.

There was a small problem with the shower functioning, but everything was alright in the end.

This hotel is in a beautiful location in Bruchsal, and Restaurants in the city center are easily reachable. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

Hotel starting to look a bit outdated. Our wing was not internally connected to the breakfast room, no problem this time but could be unpleasant in bad weather.

Quiet with beautiful views over the rooftops of the town. Restaurant was very good.

Limited food options on Sunday evening.

The hotel was nicely located near the centre of the town, and very comfortable. The staff were really nice, welcoming and helpful. There was a good selection of food and drink for breakfast which was well prepaerd and very tasty.

Nothing really, I only stayed the one night for a business trip and everything met or exceeded my expectaions. If I was being really picky, maybe the signage for car parking could be more obvious, but that is a really very small thing.
