This is a very nice family run hotel and the lady owner speaks excellent English. We had a big room in a quiet spot. Breakfast was an excellent buffet and evening meals delicious. Easy parking for car.

Bathroom a bit pokey for our nice big room, especially the shower cubicle. Digital check in procedure is rather tortuous with no one being available in person before 4pm, a bit late really. A few more desserts on the menu would be nice!!

Very kind team! Good selection for breakfast. Fantastic system for opening doors using mobile. Excellent common area with whatever You might need, including drings, piano and guitar! Clean, comfy and cozy room! And electric car charger just around the corner!

The window view was not perfect, but hey - it's dark in the night anyhow :)

Lovely hotel in a calm village just off the highway. Very friendly staff. Digital check-in after 8 pm. Very nice breakfast with attention to detail — think free-range eggs, homemade hazelnut paste, ginger shots, and oat milk cappuccino.

We had a very friendly welcome and the breakfast choice was excellent. It's a pity the restaurant could not be open but we were directed to an excellent Italian restaurant a few hundred metres away, Parking was great and there was even a fuel station just across the road ready for the next day's travel.

Good location to stop , close to Heidelberg. Nice owner receiving his guests and welcoming giving a lot of information where to eat , where to go. We got the room with balcony even if was not mentioned in the booking.

More sockets in the room needed. The cupboard design over the bed a bit unpractical.

It was a pleasure to stay at the ERCK- Flair Hotel & Restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the sweet bar, and as parents, we appreciated the lounge room where we could unwind with a drink in the evening. The breakfast was also excellent.

Very pleasant and hospitable staff. The woman at the reception is very polite and cultured. The check-in went well, everything was explained and told. Good breakfasts. Very clean hotel. Good parking. I liked it all very much. I definitely recommend!

Room was smaller than some we've been in and the bathroom was pretty tight. It was clean and totally functional for what we needed in a one night stop.

It was small, not too many people the host was gracious.

A lovely small hotel, friendly owners. Breakfast was great. The atmosphere is cosy. There is a large sitting room for guests where you can have a drink and snack, or just sit.

The owners are fantastic, polite, and incredibly nice. The hotel is cosy, very clean, and makes you feel at home. Fantastic price/quality. Strongly recommend.
