This was our 2nd time we stayed overnight as is very convenient distance from the highway as we were driving. The hotel is just very nice with relaxing athmosphere, the sauna and jacuzzi are a plus we profited in the morning. Furry friends welcomed with plates and a "goody" which is also appreciated. The studio room we had is wonderfully spacious. Breakfast is very good. Also plus for free parking and the bar. The town is few minutes walk and is also very nice with plenty of restaurants.

If something is to be said, the pillows were too thick to our taste, maybe to have an alternative.

Everything is wonderful here: very well-maintained throughout the hotel from lobby, corridors, elevator to fitness/wellness area & room, great awesome breakfast, garage parking, feeding bowls & even snacks for our two lil‘ dogs (additional €25 cleaning fees for our 2N-stay w/ our pets) as well as the always friendly personnel & their superb service. On check-in the lovely & thoughtful hotel staff also left a choco box w/ birthday greetings note in our room (upgraded, thank you!) as a pleasant surprise for my husband because we were there to celebrate the occasion. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for the nice & comfortable stay. :)

Breakfast was very very good, overall staff was nice, helpful and speaking in English. Location is perfect - near to few super-markets, restaurants and 20 min walk to SAP buildings. The WiFi connection is very good in the hotel.

Hotel doesn't have much of facilities. There was no good place for a group e.g. to sit and work together. My room was ok, but not very good. It was unfortunately dark and a bit stinking:(

Supernice hotel with very nice decoration. Comfortable big room as we were 3, and even bowls given for a dog with a small snack. Nice touch. Good location near highway. Very nice small quiet town. Great breakfast. Absolute bonus was a very good sauna and jacuzzi, that was kindly turn on for us only in the early morning. Lovely. Would love to go back. Price was also totally reasonable.

Does not look anything special outside but very nicely done inside.

Friendly staffs. Free parking. Pets friendly. We booked a triple room and the room size is big. 5 mins walking to the city center where you can find some restaurants.

There are two small issues: 1/ 25 euros per night for bringing a small dog seems to be overly expensive; 2/ we booked a triple room, so one single bed was extra, but the mattress of the extra bed was too stiff

Hotel is located in the center of Walldorf and everything is nearby. There is also a shuttle available to the SAP traning center. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was everytime very kind and helpfull. The room size was good and everything was clean. Sauna and whirlpool is also available.

Safe was not available in the room. The furniture is a little bit outdated, but everything was working fine.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards! Dominic went beyond to help us - He made us comfortable, helped us - even took us to the railway station to help us book the ticket back to Walldorf. They made sure we have everything we need during our stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. You have grocery stores, public transportation and restaurants in walking distance.

The ventilator in the bathroom was very loud. The breakfasts were tasty, but almost the same every day. The pillow was too big, but thin.

The receptionist was very friendly when I checked in and made me feel welcome. My wish for a quiet room was accommodated, the room was large enough and clean. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. The hotel is located in the center and you can reach hotels and shops easily. Still, there are enough parking spaces outside and in the Garage. Walk to the SAP area is only about 15 minutes.

It would have been nice to have a tea making facility at breakfast instead of ordering it with the staff, which took a bit long if you have to leave on time for work.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The hotel is located conveniently if you are travelling on the highway, and there is plenty of restaurants nearby in the village. The staff is the best feature of this hotel, they are very nice and helpful. We had a few extra requests and they helped us with all of them. The rooms had everything you may need including a minifridge, and they were every clean. The breakfast was really good and abundant. We will definitely come back!
