Variable choose of breakfast and nice environment. Staff is nice and friendly. Location is good to SAP office. Receptionists are warm and supportive. Nice present of Saint Nicholas Day is beyond my expectation.

Kettle in the room is not cleaned up. Some left water in the kettle is very smelly. It causes me that I could not have hot water to make a tea while I was staying in the hotel. This is a pitty.

Superb breakfast buffet spread, nice & cosy wellness area, well-stocked mini bar in room free for hotel guests, dining voucher @participating restaurants within walking distance, location quite central with parking spaces directly in front of hotel, a good Eiscafé next door/within 2-3min walking distance, pets are welcomed & stay w/o extra costs, friendly & very helpful hotel staff. Thank you to the entire team for the comfortable stay, we‘ll return when we are in the region again!

Nice hotel in a convenient location for a stopover on our way back to the UK from Italy. The room was clean and spacious. We had a free non-alcoholic mini bar, which was a plus. The breakfast buffet was very good.

There were no hotel parking spaces left when we arrived but we managed to park for free nearby so it wasn't too much of a problem.

The location and private parking. Good breakfast. Gratis sauna.

The default internet connection was extremely poor: 1.0 Mbps (impossible to watch any video). We discovered too late that another free Wi-Fi hotel network (with _EXT at the end) is much better. The gusts should be informed on this alternative.

Good place to rest. Very nice and helpful hosts. Excellent breakfasts! Quiet and clean. Close to several good restaurants. Not far from Haidelberg (city bus runs) and for those interested the Hockenheim racetrack. I have already booked my next stay!

Everything. Super friendly staff, free parking right in front. Airconditioned room. Dog could stay w/o additional costs and the breakfast was really nice. Will come again!

Everything was very good. Check in reception was very good experience where we also got good information.

It was a little too warm as there was no air-conditioning.

Free private parking lot. Excellent breakfast and all the comfort required at this price. Free WiFI . Room met our expectations.

Can not think of anything

There was a wide range for breakfast, and it was tasty. They even had chewy bacon, which is the best, but not given. I arrived very late, and they had my key waiting for me in a locked box which they gave me the code for.

The room was very hot as it was mid summer, but there was a fan in the room.
