Decent breakfast, nice room for it, wasn't super impressed with the choices but sufficient. They would make eggs and coffee to order. Room ok, had a view over the square, it's a cute town.

The check-in system. It took me a while to figure out. Another person checking in at the same time was completely confuddled. Having to download and use an app that you will likely only ever use at this hotel is annoying as &$*(@ and despite instructions, it was not intuitive. After hours support at another location by phone. I get it, I get the logic and finances, but it's annoying.

We only stayed for one night, on our way back from our holidays in Italy, but we had a very good night. The breakfast was wonderful and the ladies serving it were so kind and attentive! The room is spacious, but the bathroom is quite small. Not a problem, if you stay for 1 or 2 nights. The shower was perfect. I don't think I would stay much longer, because the town is very small. Mind you, however, most good restaurants fill up quickly! So make sure to make a reservation, if you intend to have dinner.

More hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels would be great.

Room was nicely decorated and adequately sized. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location is great. Can walk to restaurants, grocery store and various shops in minutes. Bus stop is a 4 min walk away if you want to travel further.

Bathroom shower has no shelf to store personal items. Shelf near sink is also limited. No A/C. I was lucky it wasn't very hot the week I visited. Had to open balcony door to cool and ventilate the room and was bitten by mosquitos twice.

Location is right in the city of Walldorf and only 15-20min drive to Heidelberg. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and even though our room was right next to the main street, it was quiet after midnight. Breakfast was nice (although I was a bit disappointed that there were no scrambled eggs; only the boiled ones). You need to download an app to open the door and we were a bit worried since we arrived late, but thankfully it worked.

The shower is really small; not sure if it was just the room we stayed at. I would have paid a bit more to get a bigger shower had I known.

Central location in Walldorf. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast. Great value for money for our holiday trip to the family!

Check-in to the Hotel only via the "hotelbird" app. It worked fine, but took some time and certainly had some friction: To get into the building you need to have bluetooth enabled and need an active internet connection on your phone.

Breakfast was good, not a huge buffet but there was good food. Not much choice for vegans/ vegetarians.

I didn't like the fact that I booked the room on Booking.com, but then had to download another app to do the check-in .... I wrote to the hotel and said this was annoying and they suggested I did my check-in in their electrical system on arrival, which I did and it worked. The questions one has to fill out however for check-in I found annoying and too much

- easy access from the highway - enough parking spaces - located in the center of Walldorf - exceptional bars and restaurant in 1min foot walk - bright, modern rooms with coffee and tea machine and also free beverages from the cooler - unbelievable comfortable, high quality beds, real incredible deep sleep is possible - booked a room with balcony which I highly recommend - outstanding breakfast, small choices of highest food quality (local and homemade stuff as well) - fresh coffee served as much as you want - Fiza (you will meet her before having your breakfast) is such a beautiful soul, a girl who is doing her job with all the passion and love I’ve barely experienced before

- the elevator let me feel scared but for anyone who is not suffering from being extremely claustrophobic like I do, this fact will be completely random

We had a lovely and big family room - the sleeper couch was fully made when we arrived. We were really pleasantly surprised by the location, size of the room and the overall amenities. Breakfast was awesome and presented by a really nice and kind lady who took a lot of interest in our boys. We will definitely stay again when en route to Switzerland.

staffing very nice and helpful (both at breakfast and reception). check in/out and access to the room via app is quite useful and quick to set up. the room is comfortable, especially the bed.

Very friendly staff, also on the phone explaining how to download the app to get access to the room. The property was very clean. Positive was also the minibar with free drinks (as it was very hot at the time)

The room was quite hot and no AC. After opening the windows it gradually became better.
