Breakfast was great as always and the coffee was exceptional. The room was clean and the bar area was great for having a drink and a conversation at the end of the evening. Overall I am certain we will return.

The bed was a bit soft for my liking, but still comfortable. Same with the pillows, but it is alwas difficult to find the same comfort level as ones own bed. A second coffee machine wouldn't go amiss either, since during peak hours it is a bit of a wait, but that is likely asking too much, and the coffee machine is excellent, so I imagine a second wouldn't make sense financially.

The room was reasonably sized and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The bar was homely and the barkeeper/receptionist was attentive and efficient. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was hot, no air conditioning. The bottle of water in the room was a left over from a previous guest, I bought my own. The toilet was cramped and too close to the shower surround.

The room was very clean and comfy and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me - about 10-15 minutes' walk from the station and very close to the entrance to the castle gardens. I was going to a rock concert in the castle gardens, and was surprised and delighted to find a rocker rubber duck in my room as a welcome's present :-)

My only (very minor) gripe was that the description of the rooms on booking.com mentioned an electric kettle in the room, which was incorrect. However, the hotel's own website does not promise tea or coffee-making facilities, so the booking.com description should be updated.

Walking distance to everything. Fast check-in and check-out. The room was comfortable and clean. No AC, but the fan worked perfectly. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly.

Bad smell in the bathroom if you leave the door closed (even though it was cleaned). No extra pillows or blankets

you could not find more helpful friendly staff . VERY WELL LOCATED FOR HOCKENHEIM.. circuit only 10 min, easy drive. well located, the town centre is beautiful, lovely restaurants, the palace , thats opposite hotel, and on way to town centre is well worth a walk around, we will return if my son races at Hock again.. we had the most wonderful meal in the hotel restaurant.. i mean a really GOOD meal. not expensive .... very traditional...

no fridge in the room, but they provide cold milk.. for tea!! the restaurant is shut weekends sadly .

The stay was nice but we were disappointed with the price of two of the three nights. Guess we didn’t read the booking.com that the rates went up on the weekend. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with all our needs.

staff are some of the nicest people you would like to meet. Easy with a smile and eager to help in all. Truly enjoyed the interaction. Breakfast Lao tops.

temp during our stay between 29 - 34 dgrs and with no airco, but only a moveable electric air cooler, room extremely warm. Being in the full sun also did not help. Then again, we want to go back for further visit to this area, but will do that in early fall when temp at more “ normal “ levels

Friendly people and good service. Breakfast was good nicely made.

Baby cot was half broken, so bed was placed. We exchanged the bed for the half broken cot, so all was saved well. Our 2-year old really cannot sleep in an adult bed. An investment for a new baby cot is advised.

Location, location, location.

Parking was available, but sometimes guests took up two parking spaces.

The rooms are comfortable, good location with easy parking.

Coffee machine not working at breakfast ( why do hotels of this size only have one coffee machine?)
