Easy access from the highway, ideal for a one-night stop-over. Smooth check-in process. Great breakfast. Rather good value for money.

I didn't like to be confronted with an unexpected additional parking-fee of € 8,-. This was not mentioned anywhere and it was new to us. Last time we were in the same hotel, the parking was free. Given the location of the hotel (quite far from city centre) 100% of guests will come by car, so no need to resort to artificial "price-differentiation." So either include parking fee in the price, or communicate clearly beforehand!

It was pet-friendly. The location allowed parking on site for a charge and had access to public transport. Tea/coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was very convenient. Bed was comfortable. Amazing staff.

The carpet looked very worn out with a few stains, bringing the whole room’s experience down. We requested for a double, got a twin room. When we used the bath tub (for my child), there was leakage that made the bathroom floor wet. Luckily this was right before check out.

Nice hotel that can use a bit of an upgrade. The rooms are big and spacious, and the beds are huge and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned well and the staff was very friendly.

A bit far from the city center. You would need to take your car or public transport. As it is a busy road, travel time to the city can take quite long. The hotel is really big and it was hard to find our room as the room number signs are a bit confusing. Other than that, nothing bad to say about this place!

My family and I thoroughly loved staying here. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was suitable for our purposes. As were were travelling around and needed parking as well. The hotel has a lovely breakfast buffet. Lots of variety. There is a petrol station right outside. So if you want snacks or little bits for yourself as well as fuel if you are driving. Its fantastic. There are also two restaurants within a five minute walk. overall the hotel was brilliant for our needs and the staff were amazing and we're fluent in English. Which helped alot as my German is terrible. Thankyou

Everything to do with the hotel was fine. One complaint, which is MASSIVE about our holiday. We booked seven nights over the Christmas week, looking forward to having 24 and 25 December dinners in the hotel. My husband called several times in advance of the trip to try to book for these meals but was told each time 'it would be fine'. We arrived to find the restaurant was closed on both nights. We thought this meant 'completely' closed but it was in order to cater for a group, each evening. So we, residents of the hotel, could not be accommodated for our meals. Not many places open in and around Heidelberg on those two dates so our holiday was spoiled. We will not be using your hotel chain again and we have advised all our friends about the situation. Such a shame.

it’s all good except a couple of small points

On the two occasions that i stayed, there were no cushions on the outside seats. The staff say this is because of rain. A pergola should be constructed that can be opened or closed. This outside space should also be made better and more attractive with better and more seating. Internally there are washing machines and driers, two of each. At least two are stil not working properly, after months between the two visits. Except for this it’s a great hotel and the staff are very helpful.

Really good breakfast! The staff was extremely nice! Laundry facilities (but not free, and not perfect working conditions.)

Some kids/teenagers were roaming through the hotel late evening, and played pranks. Being woken up by loud knocking, laughing and sounds of running away, was something I had never experienced while traveling. Without a car, this hotel would be difficult to use for travelers with lots of luggage.

Good location, clean and tidy hotel.

I was a little disappointed because we didn't get the room we paid for. We got a normal room with an extra bed and a bathtub. And because of a disabled child, I was looking for a room with a shower cabin and a normal third bed in the room. Unfortunately, no one apologized or offered a refund.

There was an alarm at 11pm. We all had to evacuate, nobody told us what was going on and we had to stay outside for a long time not knowing what happened. Because I was sleeping and had to get out of the hotel, I got sick. At least they could’ve compensated us with a free breakfast for the disturbance but nothing happened

I like the staff and the fact that they allowed me to check in early. This has given me positive feeling about the hotel as they have been very understanding. If i happen to go to Heidelberg, I will choose this hotel again.

Although everything is fine and a good value for money, I would like to see 2 improvements. Number one, although all furnitures are in high quality both in the room and bathroom, I saw that they were not cleaned properly. It was just like surface cleaning of everything so that you see dust in tiny corners like in sockets and widows, and spots on the tables and shower window. Moreover the pillows could have been bigger. They were so small even for me let alone my husband. Hey, these are not criticisms, just for the benefits of the hotel.
