Very kind staff and very pet friendly here. Even had some treats to give to my cats, which I thought was very sweet. Clean, comfortable, quiet, nice location. Would stay here again. Shower was wonderful, and having a kitchen inside my room was a nice feature for a long stay.

Could be made a little more clear, how to contact someone for help/assistance, since there is no "front desk"/receptionist person here usually.

The hotel is quiet and in quartier with all services. The room was clean and the bed and the bathroom really confortable. The staff was kind. Really good.

Great bedroom for a family of 4. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Enough space for a small dinner table. The small kitchen is also really useful. Supermarkets nearby, several transportation options.

Cleaning could have been better. If you have children, take a vacuum cleaner with you and some cleaning products.

The check in process was cumbersome to say the least. There wasn't a single human in sight, and when we called the 24/7 assistance number on three different times, we weren't lucky enough to connect with anyone on either occasion. We spent our whole stay without contact from a single person.

Very spacious for a family with children. The extra bed needed for our son was not ready upon arrival, but they made up by bringing an extra baby bed.

They charge you 25€ extra for a dog as so called „cleaning fees“ - which is not mentioned on the booking app, despite the comment „dogs allowed“.

Easy parking, great set up.

We booked two rooms for 2people and three people respectively. Third bed had to be asked for. Checkout was meant to be 12 but keys automatically stopped working at 11, proved a bit of a problem when daughters tried to get back into their room after breakfast in ours. Easily fixed though.

The place was great! The location was perfect. A lot of supermarkets nearby. Wifi was working ok. The apartment was big and had a kitchen so you could cook your meals. Bathrow was nice as well—great value for this price. I can 100% recommend this place!

The only issue is that the cleaning service wasn't vacuuming the room. So when I was on 2 week stay it was a bit dirty ground. I would consider changing duties of the cleaning service

The room was very clean and comfortable. In terms of the size of Heidelberg, it is a bit far from the main places if one wishes to walk, but trams and buses are nearby. Very good value for money.

Good location for supermarkets and public transport into Heidelberg. Very clean, quiet and comfortable for our 3 night stay in Heidelberg.

All good but worth getting there early to get a space in the parking area.

Arrival and check-in was a breeze, with clear instructions received from the hotel before arrival. Kitchenette was just sufficient for a comfortable stay, with supermarkets and grocery store just a short walk away.
