Good size rooms, comfortable bed, pillows were poor by UK standards but not untypical for travelling in Europe (we had taken our own). Plenty of towel changes and a bed change on request. Good shower and plenty of hot water. It's on a busy road but the shutters over the windows and the room aircon made for a quiet nights sleep. Tram opposite takes you into the centre of Heidelberg. There is also a bakery and a good selection of local shops and restaurants in the streets opposite. The WiFi was reliable and fast enough for us. The TV enabled us to watch Netflix. We had several rooms as we were travelling for a family wedding and found the venue met our needs.

We were there for 9 nights and we would have liked our room to be hoovered and the floor mopped, but we didn't specifically request this and maybe it would have been if we had. There was no microwave (known before travelling) which we didn't need on this trip but others might want; again it's common in Europe not to have one. Parking in the hotel underground car park was €12 per night, which was expensive considering there is free on street parking, which we used (we also had a top box on making use of the car park impossible).

Exactly as shown in the pictures. All the amenities that one needs were there except a few. The room was spacious and clean. The location was not far from the city center. The bus and tram station were very close to the hotel. The marts and the mosque were nearby. The staff on the reception were very nice. The check-in and check-out was easy. Would love to stay here again :)

There was noise from the cars and trams on the road even during the night, perhaps because we got the room on the first floor. It would have been nice to also have the option of a microwave and iron machine but it's not a deal breaker.

Very clean and well equipped apartment

The fact that the parking lot was always full (they said that was already booked) and we could not park our car inside, even though this was the reason why we chose that hotel. However there were free parking spaces available at the street nearby the hotel.

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was exceptional, so clean, modern, practical and convenient. The sheets and pillowcases were however not new, I guess but we were able to sleep well because the bed was so comfortable. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We never had problems checking in late at night because the property replies my messages promptly. Checking in late night was hassle-free (PIN codes). Overall, it was a perfect 10! Highly recommended!

We liked that it was close to supermarkets and a pasta and pizza restaurant across the road. The beds were soft, we got a good nights sleep as we were exhausted. Great that there was an elevator. We are New Zealanders & never met another kiwi on this trip.

Parking was a bit expensive 12EUR/night & the shower was small. We only stayed one night so it was ok but bear that in mind when booking.

The room (we had a studio) was very modern, big and bright, as well as good equipped and exceptionally clean. We loved to have a small kitchen, especially since there's no breakfast available.

The wifi worked with the PC and iPad, but unfortunately not with our iPhones.

I really liked that you get a whole little apartment: cozy, clean, and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is super nice and helpful. The location is great, the tram and bus stations are just across the street.

The only downside was the parking: it’s quite small, tricky to get into, and I personally think it should be free of charge.

I booked this room for 2 people for €81 and what value! It was a beautiful service apartment type of lodging. We checked in late so the property reached out to us to let us know that the reception closes at 8:00. So we were given the access code for the main door and our room as well. Once we arrived at the closest bus stop, it was easy to find the hotel and enter. When we walked in we really questioned if this was the room we booked since it was such a deluxe type of room. It was a really fancy studio apartment with a huge balcony. There was a really comfy bed with a huge TV. There was also a kitchenette with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, a Nespresso machine and coffee cartridges so we could make some good coffee for ourselves in the morning. There was also a table with chairs so that we could eat comfortably. The whole room’s controls could be done on a panel near the door and it was so swanky. The lights also could be dimmed. The bathroom was so clean and big. They provided towels as well. I could go on and on how good this place was but just know it’s a very good deal if iou book in advance for multiple people.

Rooms are modern and clean, well equipped and with quality items, even have air conditioners!

Arriving late reception is closed, parking is closed - you basically need to park your car somewhere and then get to hotel. Also you need to call reception over the phone to get your entry codes, they are not sent to you over booking platform.

Nice, bright and comfortable rooms with small kitchenette and big TV screen. Tram stop is just across the street, some cafes are in the walking distance.

The parking space is very limited and availability shall be checked before booking. Otherwise, it is possible to leave the car in the adjacent streets, although you have to follow the street signs for limitations. It takes about 20 min to reach the city centre by tram.
