It was a good size for three people and we liked the separate kitchen/dining area. There was a lovely bakery nearby where we got breakfast most days. it was clean and tidy.

The only thing for us was the distance to the main tourist/shops/cafe. It was half an hours walk to the main area and there was more limited cafes and restaurants nearby. That said, it meant it was quite a quieter area. There was a machine at the entrance for check in which was functional but a little impersonal - that said, I suppose it means you can check in anytime. There was however when we arrived, a person at a desk further round but we didn’t know this until we had checked in.

Our stay in this hotel was great. Everything went smooth starting with the automatic check-in process and the fact that I was allowed to check-in 2 hours earlier. The location of the hotel is great - the neighborhood was really quiet and safe, no noise at all and it's close to city center. We didn't use transport at all during our stay. The room was a bit small for two people but still comfortable and had everything you might need during a vacation. The toiletries were good, the bathroom is well equipped and the water pressure in shower is great.

The mattresses and pillows were a bit too soft per my taste, so I didn't sleep that well.

Excellent location, near the station but also not far from the old city or the river. It was very quiet. We were on the top floor, under the roof with sloping ceilings. We had two rooms (plus bathroom) with a single bed in each. One room had an armchair and TV. The other was fitted out as a kitchen.

Apart from the bathroom, there were no doors to the two rooms, only curtains. Since the bathroom was in the middle, the two rooms were relatively private and quiet.

The room is large enough for a family with a stroller, sufficiently equipped for short stays, and with renovated interior in contrast to the old building and lobby. It's nice to have a working elevator although a bit tight.

We had to carry a stroller up a few flights of stairs to the tightly spaced lobby while trying to keep the heavy doors open. There is only enough space at the lobby to stand and go through the check-in procedure.

Not too far to walk to the train station or the Old part of town - We booked two apartments on the top floor for our family of 4 adults - they were both as expected. Good Wifi and Air-conditioning and we could open the windows for fresh air and a bit of a view. A nice retreat in the evening with a welcome kitchenette.

There were a few things broken in the apartments on our arrival - the security window blinds could not be closed in one and there were a few damaged places on the walls. I hope that this will be remedied for the next guests as it made me feel like we may be held accountable. The Hotel did not make it into a problem when I told them.

- 24h check in, which means DB delays didn't mess up my whole trip. - Walkable distance to HB - I really appreciated parking directions with prices, even though I didn't need them this trip

The room's window (opposite the bed) had a platform from the outside, accessible via a ladder from below. There were at least good curtains in front of it to mitigate.

The location was walkable from the train station and because we had a reservation, we were able to check in to our room using the self registration system at 12, instead of 3 pm. This was really appreciated as we were just arriving from Canada and desperate for a nap. Hotel was also within walking distance of the old town (10 mins), where everything is happening. Nearby was a grocery store. Fan was in the room and was really appreciated as the weather was hot. Nice to have a kettle.

We chose to not have breakfast included, but there were not a lot of places close by where we could get a breakfast. Lots of choice if you don't mind walking into the old town first. It would be handy to have access to a fridge.

Self-check-in and check-out works great It’s clean in general. Bathroom was modern and clean

- the sound isolation is bad! I haven’t heard anything Theo und the window, but I’ve had a couple behind the wall, whom I heard having a normal conversation as well as walking around, even though there is a carpet-flooring. -my sheet had stains :/ it’s not that it wasn’t washed properly, but it’s the stains that don’t go away. The sheet has to be thrown away and exchanged.

good location, normally could walk from train station & to old town, but since it was over 31°C, so took bus & tram instead, which is also convenient, as bus-stop next to door. Room small but clean. Appreciate free water & water boiler in room, of which even big hotels may not offer. Efficient & effective Luggage storage.

checkout at 11am, but at 10am, the cleaning lady opened my room even without locking first, can you imagine if I were in shower or naked? She even did not apology, only asked me if I knew checkout at 11am.

We booked 2 top floor apartments for our family of 4 adults. Comfortable and clean. Handy, walking distance to the train and city with trams close by. Everything was as described. Air-con worked well when needed but opening the windows was very good for airflow.

A few broken things - dents in the walls and problems wth the security blinds on windows - Not a real problem but I did feel like we may have an issue on departure. We were NOT held responsible but it would be nicer for future guests if this was remedied. I would happily stay here again.
