The room was very pleasant, comfortable bed, nice linen, clean. Additionally you have the fan, tv, electric kettle and mini fridge (with cooled water inside). Bathroom was surprisingly very spacious! Fresh set of good quality towels which can be replaced daily. The personel was super helpful and kind, and we made few interactions with them which experience was 10/10. Location is perfect, almost right next to the main train station, in the area everything what you need - couple of parking buildings, Lidl which is not even 1 minute away, good coffee shops etc. Definitely worth to stay there - we spent 2 nights, and if we will go to Mannheim in the future, will definitely choose this one again :)

The bed is not double bed as I've chosen and was hoping for, but two 1 person bed connected together.

Well sized, clean room with kettle, tea, coffee. Friendly staff who explained everything well. Breakfast decent with some hot buffet options and good continental spread. Great location for the station but also not too far from the city centre. Great, cheap Italian restaurant next door too!

Almost forgot the door code (maybe put it on the key?). Curtain slightly too short for the window and the fridge was unplugged when I arrived so it wasn't cold.

I was very satisfied with the hotel, my only concern was that someone walked into my room just before I was leaving looking for a light for his cigarette. I do not believe this was a guest but suspect he was just trying doors to gain access to rooms. If I had been in the bathroom then I am sure he could half stolen anything of value. This could happen in any hotel so best to keep door locked even if you are in the room.

Very nicely furnished room and a spacious bathroom! Quite convenient place, especially for short stays. There was also free coffee and tea in the room.

The noise is an issue because the hotel is on an intersection. Also, I had to check in after 21h so the check-in was at the sister hotel. The code entrance is not very convenient and also the exit mechanism of the door did not work, so I was basically locked in the hotel until another person arrived to check in.

This was my third stay here. Travelling by train and needing a room for a short stopover means that the combination of location and price of this hotel is just good for that.

The window of the room did not close properly and would have let the traffic noise in all night, so I asked for another room, that was provided. The new room was ok, the hotel is not luxurious but good for one night stay. The breakfast was good, especially for the price, but service was a bit absent-minded. To get coffee, I had to walk in the kitchen to interrupt the employee while she was concentrating on filling the dishwasher.

1. I liked everything, except the noise coming out from city, even when I closed the window properly, noise was coming, I could not sleep well for this reason 2. Breakfast was delicious

Heat was too hot for me - I could not have the window open due to noise from outside, when I closed it, I was sweating - but that’s my body - my body loves the cold - but it was ok, my partner doesn’t like the cold and he was perfectly fine ! He slept so well 😊 thank you for your kind service

200 meters from the train station👍 Excellent service. Good breakfast. Super comfy bed. Huge bathroom. The best hotel in my 2 week trip to Europe. First I got room where perhaps the previous visitor had smoked pot in the bathroom. Got a new and bigger room on the same floor without any difficulties. 12 Pünkte für Deutschland!

location: 3 mins. walk from Mannheim Hbf., 13 mins. walk, 10 mins. by tram to city center. staff: helpful, friendly. early check-in possble. luggage storage available. one elevator to rooms on 1st-4th floor. smooth free wifi. key for both sides of the room door, have to leave the key at the counter when out of the hotel. (the staff will remember your room number, good) room: big enough for open two luggage still enough space walk around. single bed with very comfortable mattress. good lighting with big window and blackout curtains. functional heating. good sound proof. big closet with lots hangers inside. eco-TV will turn off automatically after no action for a while. seperate shower with good enough hot water and water pressure.

no kettle in the room. refrigerator a little bit small. not a problem for me personally just for reference, the elevator was out of service when i checked-out, had to bring my two luggage down from 4th floor.

Really nice location for overnight stay, quite near to HBF, Room is basic renovated, comfortable, Stuff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food and drinks. Large TV , Beds are comfortable, Bath Towel are quite clean and soft. Water in minbar, softness of linens are nice

Not the fault of the hotel, but there are very few quiet rooms - if any
