We loved our stay at GuestHouse Mannheim! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well-located. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service. It was a particularly hot night, and the staff member went above and beyond by providing missing fans for both of our rooms and even bringing us one-time-use sandals to help make the heat more bearable. Her thoughtful gesture truly made us feel cared for. Highly recommended for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality!

The hotel was located right in the middle of Mannheim, which made it very accessible. The rooms were clean and the neighborhood was quiet, which made it a great place to stay. There are lots of good restaurants nearby too!

The experience was, in general, very positive. The only negative we could, maybe, point out is the fact that the card keys didn't always work the best when opening the room door.

The location was great--train station was easily accessible and good restaurants around. The wifi worked well, and the room was good sized. The staff were also lovely.

No a/c and it got a little toasty in the room. There was a fan, but that and opening the window only helped so much.

I didn't have breakfast but the room was perfect. Spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. And a nice powerful shower as a bonus. The location was also great as it was easy to reach all local amenities and sites. It's just a shame I didn't have more time for sightseeing.

It's a shame the reception closed at mid-afternoon on our arrival. However, the instructions provided were very informative and allowed us to both check-in and park very easily. So, not really a complaint and nothing that I can think of to complain about to be fair.

The accommodation was excellent in many aspects. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Additionally, the accommodation's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this accommodation.

The staff were very kind and helpful! The shower was good, the room was clean, and it's very centrally/conveniently located.

There is no AC, so the room (even with a fan) was very warm. There is no microwave (although you can request one), and no toaster. The room is small and the bed is very firm.

Receptionist was wonderful! Incredibly polite and understanding. Room was immaculate and had a very spacious ensuite. Very good location regarding transport plus I had access to their underground car park. Possibly the most clean, comfortable and stress-free accommodation I have had for a while. Several places to eat nearby (under 10 minute walk).

Although the receptionist was ill, she made every effort to ensure that we knew how to access the proerty and how to check out. The room was spacious, clean and with all the advertised facilities.

The location was great for middle of town and short walk to station.

Room I got was back of hotel on second floor. Outlook not overly special but more importantly was close proximity of neighbours. Saturday night neighbours drunk and at 2am had to lean out window and tell them to shut up.
