Beautiful hotel by the harbor with a great tapas restaurant. It’s also a lovely spot for drinks with good music and a great vibe. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Our two-year-old had a wonderful time as well. The staff is especially kind to children. The hotel smells amazing and is beautifully decorated. We had a room with a view of the water, which was just stunning. You can also book yoga in the morning, which we unfortunately didn’t get to try, but it’s a nice option! We would love to return.

The only thing I missed, and this is purely personal, was a kettle with some herbal tea for before bed, as I always enjoy a cup in the evening. Of course, you can always order tea, but that's just a small detail.

Room and bathroom were beautiful. The blinds allowed good blockage of the light at night.

We got some beverages at the bar and the water (0.75 l) was EUR 8.50 (2 EUR more than the beer)!! There were few plugs and one of them was broken. The lamp on one side of the bed was not working and the person at the reception didn't acknowledge our complaints (the woman at check-in was super kind and helpful though).

We were really impressed with the style and design of the hotel, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was nice too, with a really beautiful view across the river. Breakfast was really enjoyable and the selection of food was great.

The only complaint we had is that the room we booked was right above the outside tables for the bar downstairs, so we could hear people talking right below our window when we were trying to sleep, even with the window fully closed. Ordinarily we could ignore this, but we had to go to bed early because we were catching our catch our flight home the next morning and had to wake up early. In the end, we had to sleep with earplugs in our ears, which was disappointing given that the room was labelled as a quiet room when we booked it.

Travelling a lot, I found this hotel to be exceptional. The room was spacious and gorgeous, with a very individual touch and definitely different from your average hotel room. Decorations are beautiful but not sterile, the bed was extremely comfortable and the appliances well thought of. I liked the location with view onto the river, and the cosy and relaxed atmosphere in the bar. The price is on the higher side but definitely worth it and I will certainly stay there again on a future road trip.

I did not miss anything.

SPECTACULAR hotel in every way! Sparkling water available at registration, beautiful lounge/ restaurant area as soon as you walk in, gorgeous flower arrangements, comfortable, interesting seating and decorations. A popular outdoor area along the Rhine River. Modern , clean room and bathroom with robes and comfortable bed and bedding. Great breakfast ! Great small bites for dinner and a good wine selection . I’m a hiker.. there was a path along the Rhine River right from the hotel to the Wald Park.. a huge forested park! The staff was so welcoming and always answered my request with a “ yes”! This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in years. And I travel a lot. Hated to leave!

Nothing that I didn’t like..

Excellent refurbished and renovated old port warehouse into a modern design hotel. The room was spacious, aesthetically pleasing, clean. The staff was pleasant and supportive.

We only stayed one night so the hardness of the mattress didn't impact us much but for a longer stay it may be an issue for some guests.

Perfect Hotel in a wholesome location with a view on the river. Excellent trained staff, polite friendly and heart-warming :) We would come again in a heartbeat!

Nothing. Everything was exceptional, maybe the breakfast offer could be a little less expensive as 25€ for the limited offer is not that much :)

Very nice hotel! Rooms really pretty, comfortable (and ours was big). Rooms were well equipped aswell. Super friendly staff. We used the hotel bikes to explore the city and that was super nice. Would definitely come back here, if I was visiting Mannheim again.

Superbly cool design with strong industrial feel Just by the river so great for walks and jogging.

Service is not that great and it’s a bit under staffed. Small point but there are so so few electrical plugs in the room.
