Absolutely everything. The hotel deserves more stars and appreciation than it has by now. Exceptionally clean, well prepared rooms, comfortable. Good breakfast. Good location and very welcoming staff.

Hotel itself does not have a parking, but there is a huge parking garage just across the street.

Very clean, just as described. I would prefer to have electronic room cards instead of codes but it is a personal preference. The hotel was very comfortable and self check-out helped us a lot since our train was at 7 am. The hotel is right next to the river and it was beautiful to sit there and relax. The only thing is that the sound from the upper floors are heard very clearly and had a hard time sleeping the first night due to furniture movement sounds or something. But to be fair it is not the hotel’s fault since it was probably another guest. Thank you for the good experience!

Spacious room, modern and clean. Staff were attentive to the issues present and kindly took care of it.

The automatic check-in via touch screen wasn’t the easiest to figure out, but it worked. After a long day, walking into the room to find the lights on and the window wide open (with mosquitoes already inside) felt strange, though not the biggest issue. The real problem was the awful smell, like bad drainage, coming from the bathroom. With no staff around after 10 PM, the first night wasn’t great. The next morning, I reported it, and while the staff was quick to fix it, they admitted it’s a known issue. Why not just resolve it for good? On top of that, random noises from the ceiling interrupted what was otherwise a quiet room. All in all, it was a decent stay, but these little things really put a damper on the mood when all you want is a good night's sleep.

We were able to check in earlier as the room was ready. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful and the beds comfortable. The hotel is located right next to a mall and the river, there is a 3min walk to the nearest tramway station and about 10-15min to the subway which amazingly have its own tourist information point.

Equipments in the room were very limited, no trash can in the room, no water boiler. The wall are pretty thin, we could hear the guy next door kind of rapping

This is a value to money location. Very close to main area, to enjoy city. Stay was comfort and enjoyable. Place doest have parking place of its own but there are parking garage near by which are good option to keep your car safe. Since you are in the city center lot of option to travel left or right. :)

Breakfast was little expensive, there are other shop nearby offering alternative options.

The staff were exceptionally helpful in dealing with my very late, and very delayed, arrival. I checked in at near midnight with no complaints, and no problems whatsoever. The staff were, without exception, courteous, friendly, and professional.

Duvets could be a tiny bit bigger, but I am an unusually tall man.

It is a perfect location for a one - two nights stop for a longer trip. You could stay longer, that's not a problem. The hotel is right across a big shopping mall, in case you have last minute shopping to do. The only difficult part was finding a parking spot, we needed to drive around for a while. For the rest, all was clean, rooms are big enough, breakfast is just fine. I did not put Excelent at staff because you do not necessary need to interact with them, communication goes nicely via messages or so :).

Easy to reach by auto, with a couple of paid parking close-by (9 EUR per day at the tank station almost opposite of the hotel). There a re a few restaurant close-by which can be easily reached by foot. The room is small but very modern, very clean and with everything you may need. Good breakfast. Very good price/quality ratio.

The Location is very nice, with a shopping mall just opposite. But you need to take tram no. 4 to the center of Mannheim. Behind the hotel, there is a pedestrian street with many cafes. The family room is perfect for 4, with tailored equipment and very comfort and spacious space. There is also air-con in the room, nice lift. Parking nearby (100 meters), 7 euros per day, but the space is very narrow.

Clean, modern, close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. We would stay again if we were nearby a next time.

It doesn't have a parking lot so we had to park a few minutes walk from there. We knew this though because is it written in the advertising. We paid 12 euros for the parking for the whole night not expensive.
