As a guest from the USA, I found the hotel very central to the Mall on the Rhine and downtown Ludwigshafen. The room was clean (floors not great but acceptable with shoes on) but my visit was definately wonderful due to the excellent service I receive by Sief who checked me in, assisted me throughout my stay and was super efficient and helpful with all my questions and more than exceeded my expectations. I was requested an extra hour in the room because my ride was not coming till 1 pm and check out is noon. The manager denied my request so I was out at noon and sat in the lobby. It was very comfortable and other guests seemed very happy as I observed many guests checking out. Once again Sief made me feel at home. Thank you Sief.

The cleaning staff does not clean the floors very well. The same dust on the floor under the desk was there after 1 day of room service. Overall the room was fine but not exceptional.

Next to the public transport. Busy and vibrant neighbourhood. Large room and feels like home when you're on a business trip.

I stayed on the 5th floor. However there are 2 separate 5th floors. So my room was accessible by going to the 4th floor, pass through a labyrinth to head to the 5th floor. Where there are 2 choices: either taking the stairs or the elevator (which also took a high degree of puzzle solving capabilities to find). When reaching the elevator, it didn't go up, so I had to walk back and take the stairs anyway. This all is a minor inconvenience, but it would save lots of time if you have good signs available en route. Especially after a long day of driving, visiting customers and having a business dinner in the evening.

A very clean and well-maintained hotel in a great central location. The rooms were tidy, fresh, and comfortable, clearly well looked after. Breakfast was generous with a good variety, and everything was well presented. The only downside was the price, a bit on the expensive side, likely due to events or a festival happening in the city at the time. That said, the overall experience was excellent, and the high standards of cleanliness and service made it worth the stay.

Cleanliness and breakfast atmosphere

The location is easy to reach from the train station by foot or with public transport. The hotel was renewed and everything looks new and working well. You can order some food in the bar and it was good. Indeed the staff was helpful and friendly.

I was during the weekend. Just beside the hotel there is a big construction site. I guess that it can be very noisy during the week. It is not a hotel problem, but the city looks not so nice and clean. The hotel location is above the average as being near the Rhein river, nevertheless the surroundings are not really attractive. It can be used as a confortable base to visit the region arround.

The staff was helpful each time I needed anything. The gym was comprehensive and had plenty of equipment to get a good workout. I did not use the Sauna but it looked clean and very nice with a relaxing area and big shower. Towels were available.

There was water in the lobby but no water in the gym. I realize people may not visit the gym daily but water in the gym would be a great plus.

Very clean, spacy and comfortable room. * The toilette was great, I would stand out the shower, which was top, providing a high/pleasant water pressure. * Giant bed and high quality mattress.

Surprisingly modern and with good facilities! Comfy bed and all clean inside the room and spacious!

The hallway was full of crumbs all 3 days I was there. The area is a little dodgy and seems like some dodgy people were hanging about, but they kept themselves to themselves.

Location, convenience and staff - excellent.

I lived in a hotel with my 9-year-old daughter. Everything was excellent, except for the sound insulation. It was very noisy outside the wall more than once at night and at 4 in the morning. 18+ noisy. Definitely not for children's ears))

Sauna, cleanness, staff, location, price.

1.The single beds wheels were not locked. 2. Whould have been nice to have an extra power outlet on both beds or at least an Usb. 3.In the sauna's shower was not any soap and the sauna area was together and open to the gym and also exposed to the conference room without any door.

The stuff was very kind and helpful the room was huge and clean the location was great easy transportation to the centre of Mannheim..
