The flat itself was absolutely acceptable. Parking at near is difficult but with little luck it is solvable. The washing/drying room at downstars is great, good and regularly cleaned machines !

The cleaning of the apartman need to be improved. All the ventillation openings at kitchen and toilet were full of dust and dirt. The water-pressure at bath was very low (I have to mention that it was at the 6th floor!) The bed matrace should be changed for a new one that is used already.

The apartment was really clean and it had everything what you may need for both shorter and longer stay. It is really close to the train station (but I didn't hear any), bus stops etc., also by foot you can get to Mannheim within 30minutes (or S-bahn within 5 :)). There are various shops and restaurants so you don't have to worry about anything. The owner made sure I have everything I needed and the instructions to pick up/leave keys were easy to understand. Great stay, if I ever have to come back, I'll book this place.

Self sustained apartment, all the facilities you neat, heating, good bathroom. Excellent value for the price would definitely stay again.

The location was very close to the tram and S-Bahn Station - 3 Min walk. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well-equipped and the apartment was warm.

The heating was a bit noisy sometimes but the owner came promptly and gave us an electric heater.

The apartment was super clean and had all the facilities needed. The bed niche keeps the sleeping arrangement somewhat away from the kitchen. Spacious foyer and tidy bathroom. Mr Kronhardt was always available via mobile phone if anything was needed. It would be our first choice when we visit Ludwigshafen again.

Extremely spacious, great attention to every detail, very kind and helpful "staff". Contrary to my expectations, even the parking was always easy. Excellent price / quality ratio. Absolutely above other accommodation / hotels in this area.
