The staff were amazing. Our rooms were very clean, the sheets were changed daily as well as the towels. Everything was very well put together and the maids were extremely kind to all of us.

The staff was great. I arrived around mid night due to canceled train connections. I couldn't focus to complete the automatic check in, I called the emergency number and a staff member came to me and helped. Location is very convenient. The room was large enough.

There was a heat wave, the room was equipped with a small size table fan, which was totally not enough.

room adequate. smaller than what i was expecting. i booked online and i thought i was getting 1 queen and a dbl bed. reception was accommodating though and gave me 2 small beds. I didn't require any housekeeping my entire stay other than an occasional item i needed (ie. toilet paper, kleenex, hand soap) that i went out to housekeeping myself and requested in my best German. housekeeping only spoke german but we communicated somehow.

very difficult for me to do any stairs, having a disability, so having to do stairs from reception to get to 1st floor was difficult, especially with my luggage initially, but someone had some help with luggage. I was on the first floor, near end of hallway, so it seemed pretty quiet at night.

Clean, location, money vs value, for a single night it was an affordable stay.

Not easy to check in digitally (takes time). A little bit small room, but still okay!

A good option for a 1-2 day stay, especially if you have business in this part of town. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good enough.

Be aware that it is quite noisy outside, especially late on Friday and Saturday nights. Both times, unfortunately for us, some hotel guests were especially noisy, who, most likely drunk, yelled first on the street in front of the hotel entrance, and then in the hotel itself.

Place is nice and clean, matches the description. Location is great. Walking distance to all sights and great restaurants. We had a nice time for sure :)

I just wish it was clear that parking place is almost impossible to get. We arrived after 7h of drive and still had to look around where to park. Receptions did provide the tips where to park, but yeah, just a big hustle right at the arrival.

The room was comfortable, the Bathroom was clean, and there is garage in the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, however it missed some items (e.g. scrambled eggs).

We had a comfortable room with small but efficient bathroom. The room was quiet so we could sleep well. The breakfast buffet offered a broad selection to chose from.

Upon entering there are 8-9 steps to carry up all luggages. This is really annoying especially when someone travels with sizeable bags. During the booking some computer glitch happened and only one room showed up in the hotel’s system with breakfast. We spent some time over this, because we paid for both rooms the same price meaning the breakfasts must have been included in the price. Anyway I thought the personnel should have offered the missing breakfast out of courtesy, but instead they wanted us to pay for it again. That I didn’t like.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned everyday. The bed is quite comfortable and the location is great.

The bathroom is a bit small, esp. the shower. Not a problem for me though but take it into account if that's important for you.
