The location is superb, just right in front of the tram stop (no.4). There is a supermarket (Aldi) where you can find cheap feasts just across the street. The staff are super helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

The escalator is small and cramped.

The location and the price. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The doors are so thin, I heard the couple down the hall having sex at 1:40 am. The sink in the bathroom is cracked (room 53) and should be replaced. I entered my code wrong only once and the electronic lock was blocked. if this had happened at night when no one is at the desk, I had no idea how long the lock would be “gesperrt”.

It is in a great location and the parking across the street isn’t too expensive. I found it easy to navigate around that part of Mannheim on foot; however, it is very close to bus stops and taxi locations.

The street is rather noisy and you can’t completely block out the street lights with the curtain. The heat wouldn’t turn off so I had to sleep with the window cracked.

Nice polite, helpful staff. Especially the breakfast team! The location is good, easy to acces by car. The room was big and cosy.

A bit noisy, the door doesn't keep out the noise from the corridor. other guests behaved a bit loud during our stay. Street noise is there, but hey the hotel is right on the main street.

I like the staff very much, all friendly. Breakfast was very good too.

City location, as it seems dirty, noisy, weird, etc., but this is obviously not something that can be changed. Also, the prices were extremely high due to the cardiology conference.

One chair is half-broken it could be danger to someone that don't know that because it looks like all right before you try to sit on it. It's a little bit uninsulated from a loud from another rooms.

Spacious room, very helpful reception staff :) There is no air conditioning, but each room has a fan which was great. Our room was located above the busy street, so quite noisy, however with the windows closed it’s fine and they do provide earplugs, which we did not need to use. We were only there for one night and despite it being 35 degrees, we had a comfortable nights sleep.

Great location, the rooms are basic but large. Definitely worth getting a balcony room. Much larger and the view from the balcony is great. Worth the little extra.

The room was very spacious and clean. It had a large bed and a table with chair, very convenient for work. The staff of the hotel was very friendly. And the location is quite central.

The wifi was barely working. The windows of the room were facing the street with a tram line. So it was kind of noisy. But it's totally ok with the closed window. I didn't have any troubles sleeping.
