Location and breakfast

We are coming from Nürnberg. We came a little bit early and we would like to a little bit early check in, because we have little daughter she was really very tired. But they told us that we must wait till 15:00 o clock. They did not offer us even a little bit earlier. That is so rude. We did not like it!!!! I had before experience that they could even try it from another Radisson Blu Hotel. This hotel is so big how come that it is all full. She told us that all rooms are busy.

Room big enough for two guests with almost every single item one can need. Excellent bathroom - spacious, modern, clean and bright. Big bath towels, ear sticks, shower cap, hairdryer, etc.

Unlike some hotels of the same stars-level, there were no soap (especially useful for people with allergies) but only hand and shower wash liquid, neither toothbrushes and toothpaste.

only issue was we were charged for 2 nights by mistake, can this be looked into, it was a great stay but maybe i made a mistake, the hotel sent you a request for a refund of one extra night

I like Everything ! Very modern design Hotel. I like the breakfast and the staff also friendly, came to us and ask if we want anything to eat like pancakes or omelettes, without extra costs. And i choose pancakes. The taste delicious! The staff in Reception also friendly and really kind. They are understanding my problem. I will repeat this Hotel!

First off all the persone who checked me in i didn't get his name was superb . The way he talked and explained os fanominal . Hotel is to the standard and the stay was pleasant.

Lunch was not that exciting and some of the staff could do with some training. Ones the llates was not clean and once the coffe cup at the coffe station was not cleaned properly

Room was very nice. The location is center of the city and close to everything I needed. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. I would stay here again.

I didn't like the Bathroom\Toilet situation so much as the glass really does not provide enough privacy when you are taking a #2, but it was ok and I wont complain too much about it.

The location is right in the center of the shopping district, but yet it was very quiet inside. You would not even know you were that close.

The only dislike I would say is that the tv would not allow me to use screen mirroring and connect to my phone. This would’ve been awesome considering the bathroom also had a speaker that played whatever was on the tv.

Pretty much everything. We always stay there when in the area. Staff/Hotel always great. Very clean. Direct access from the garage to the hotel.

Only point is the non existent privacy in the bathroom. There are solutions we’ve seen in many other properties that have only glass between bathroom and hotel room.

The hotel was beautiful. Nicely decorated. The room was spacious. Comfortable bed. Very nice bathroom. The location was amazing. So convenient to shopping, dining, and the center city sites. The staff was very polite and helpful.

No dislikes.

Spacious room, modern, rooftop terrace, excellent breakfast, parking in public garage (shopping mall) with direct access to hotel, sweets, apples and infused water in lobby. Very kind lady at the reception.

The shower in the glass box was great but needs to get curtains/ blinds for some privacy.
