It has best location. No matter what time you arive on Mannheim Hauptbahnhof, just walk few steps and you reach the Hotel. I reached after midnight. They have installed a nice digital machine where you can choose “I have already a booking” and the room card will pops out from the machine along with a small paper stating your room.

I think there isn’t anything bad but just a few suggestions from my side. They put only sparkling water in the room and I was thirsty due to warm weather. I think they should put normal mineral water as well. The fan button was not working at Number 3 point. Point 2 seems slow in warm. Also fan should be a little bigger for warm weather The shower never cools down. I tried alot to have cold water to take bath but it was really warm and I just did the bath quickly

The hotel is just being renovated. The room I got was probably the cleanest and most modern out of all the rooms I've been to in years. You could tell it was a newly finished room. Everything was shiny new and spotless. Windows are big and the room has lovely light even on a cloudier day. The shower facilities felt great and the floor got dry quickly. The staff is nice and flexible, and if you have a question, they will understand you and will find the best solution for you 👍 The location is perfect for someone who comes from/wants to get to the train station.

Just remember that during the night there is nobody at the reception and maybe save their phone number if there ever should be a question at later evening hours. Also remember that the street next to the hotel is quite busy during the day, so some tram sound will come through the windows. I personally am used to light traffic sounds, but if you are sensitive, it's something you could keep in mind. Overall I liked the place and its staff.

- Less than 5 min walk from Mannheim central station => No restaurant in hotel, but never felt inconvenient about eating - Elevator facilitated - Enough room space for single traveler - Clean - Good price - Huge selection of TV channels - A glossary and beverage store just across the street, opening until 23:00. Also, a big supermarket (LiDL) is at some 3 minutes walk

- No staff in the hotel => I wanted to know WIFI password, but no staff was there (Check-in is on check-in machine)

Room was clean, bed comfy (although a bit too soft) and Checkout was quick. For one night stay alone more than enough.

Some furniture could use renovation or replacement. Burn marks at the table and small hole in the chair were a little unnerving.

Very close to the train station and close to some shops and the city centre. The self check in during the night was very easy to manage and everything worked out well! Would definitely stay there again

The room was very spacious. Although it had only the basic it is actually what a traveller need as the most time spent in the room is only to sleep. It could however come with a small fridge and fan for the summer heat. But all in all was satisfactory and comfortable.

The WIFI was extremely weak. Would have preferred the reception to be manned to be able to register the problem. Understand of cause as it was not the busy season.

excellent location, as the name suggests. Close to the train station.

"boxed in" bed frame surrounding mattress on bed, made it uncomfortable to get in and out of, but comfortable enough once in it.

The location is nice near Mannheim Hauptbahnhof approx. 5 minutes walking, the price is good.

there is no fridge in the room, but the hotel is under reconstruction.

Room was spacious. Room was good value considering how centrally located it was. 2min walk to HBF, 5min walk to main shopping. Lotsa options for sightseeing, supermarkets, cafes & restaurants. If in Mannheim again in the future, happy to book here...

Very good price and close to the train station making a stop on the way from northern Europe and southern Europe.

Very busy street outside so could be hard for people sensitive to noise to sleep with the window open during warm weather.
