Checkin process was very easy and uncomplicated, my Studio was clean at my arrival and had everything I needed for a good stay . There’s also a small reception that it’s open from Monday till Friday from 8-12h and from 14-16h . Washing machine and dryer available at the basement for a cost of 2€ each .

You need a card to use the elevator , so , if You receive a food delivery or a friend to come over , be ready to go downstairs to pick them up . That’s the only thing that I didn’t liked , but that’s my personal opinion .

The studio has a small kitchen including a fridge, a microwave with grill, a stove and a dishwasher. There were plates and silverware, also a pan and two pots, so you can cook a meal. Also there was a coffee machine. In the building there were washing machines and dryers. So you have everything you need for your stay. Lidl shop is a 5 min walk, also the city center is on 15 min walk. In the lobby there are several vending machines for various things you may need. The location is near the train tracks but it is very quiet. There were parking spots not more than 10, you need to reserve in advance and pay for them. The front desk works from 8-16h, if you need anything outside these hours you can write to them or call them.

When you write to reception it, sometimes they are not checking what your reservation is, or what you have written in the thread - when we arrived I was asking where we should park and they answered me there are no free parking spots, but I have already paid for one, but anyway there was a spot with my name. We wanted one more day to stay, from Booking.com it was only possible 2 days to book, so I wrote to them, they answered it is possible for one more day, but not available parking spots, so we decided not to extend and leave. Then we checkout on the day we leave and at noon we receive a link to pay for a parking spot - well we would stay one more day if they told us there is available one.

This property is conveniently located close to the main train station and makes it easier to get around. Once you are checked in, everything works perfectly from the access to the wifi, and the room was just as great. I loved that it had enough space and amenities, I didn't want for anything while I was there. Ok, maybe an iron but I made it just fine without it. It was definitely great value for money.

Nothing really, I enjoyed staying here.

The apartments were exceptionally nice, well maintained and well equipped and relatively spacious. The location is great as well, close to the main train station, but not right next to it, it's still far enough that it's peaceful and you don't have people walking all around the building. The self check in process is also quite simple and straightforward. For this price I am quite certain that you will not be able to find anything nearly as nice as these apartments.

Not much really, it was as close to perfect as it can be.

The fridge was very noisy. Could only fall asleep when the fridge stopped its freezing cycle. The kitchen area was cramped. When someone in the neighboring apartments were opening or closing the doors, it felt like an earthquake when I was standing in bed.

This hotel is excellent for travellers, especially those without a car. It is a 7 minute, very easy walk from the station. Also, there is excellent tram connection in the next street over, as well as access to a Lidl supermarket for groceries in the same street. (Schwetzingerstrasse). It is an easy 15 minute walk into the main part of town, if you prefer to walk. The hotel kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking and there are even small amounts of oil, salt, sugar available downstairs. There is a comfortable seating area and coffee machine in the foyer. The laundry is excellent. The room is serviced once a week but additional towels etc are available as needed.

The thing I really missed was a kettle in the room, as I am a tea drinker. (Luckily I had an immersion heater with me.) However the coffee machine is very good and some free coffee pods are provided when the room is serviced. The seating in the room is sufficient but not comfortable but it is possible to sit downstairs for reading, computer work etc.

A nice apartment-hotel in Mannheim for a reasonable price at an excellent location. I liked that it had a laundry room at the basement. I had a couple of questions and the staff answered very fast via the booking.com messaging.

The rooms looks cleaner than they are when you look better. I mean, when I went in it looked pretty clean, but then I noticed food crumbs on the floor in the area in front of the small kitchenette. The rest was fine but the cleaners should probably pay more attention to that area.

The room is very spacious. It’s very close to the train station so easily reachable and surprisingly quiet.

The cleanliness could be improved. Some of the dishes seem to just be put back from previous stays without cleaning. I had to rewash several dishes since there was still food and stains, doesn’t seem they were even rinsed. There were also crumbs in some of the shelves.

The location is excellent, being quite close to the city centre and the room was very comfortable, with sufficient space. It was fantastic to have a small kitchen area. The internet and TV worked perfectly, which was great.

The mattress could be a bit thicker, but besides that, everything was absolutely fine.

Very nice place , the facility had what was needed. Everything was clean. Distance from the center and station is short about 8-10minute walk. The reception was very kind and friendly.

The shower door was missing the handle it had a hole instead.
