Great value for money. Great location, good size and comfortable well equipped rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It's right next to the train station, so easy for us as a nice stop in Mannheim on our train journey. We didn't take breakfast, but got late check out for free, which was nice concerning our train hours. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean.

The room we got was not big enough to open our suitcases. We had to put them on the bed to be able to open them. The WiFi was slow in our room. The TV had a special hotel interface, making it difficult to pick my own laptop on an HDMI port.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything looked neat and well maintained. The facilities still felt quite new. The breakfast was good and relatively generous for the price.

The room was quite warm, and although one window could be opened, it unfortunately let in a mosquito that completely disrupted our night’s sleep. A screen on the window would be a very welcome addition, especially since there is no air conditioning. The automatic door near the breakfast area was quite annoying, as it opened every time someone walked past the buffet — which happened quite often of course..

The room was very clean. The location was perfect: very close to the Main Station and within the city center. Breakfast had a variety of cold and hot options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked the room for the soundproof walls, but you could still hear some noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. The bed was ok, the mattress could be sturdier.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property had no a/c, which I knew going in. Unfortunately, Germany was experiencing a heat wave while I was there with temperatures averaging 35C (95F). The hotel lent me a pedestal fan which made the nights bearable, but it was VERY HOT.

Cosy rooms, central location, excellent breakfast. Due to some issue there was no hot water. They suggested place in another hotel, but we stayed. The hotel gave us compensation.

Parking on the streets in the neibourhood is impossible. The parking places are just for residents. Parking into the garage of the hotel is demanding.

The room was clean and cozy. The staff is available 24/7 and they were very kind. Allowed me to store some food items in their refrigerator as the room didn't have one. Provided toiletries on request. Location is perfect as its just a street away from main railway station.

I had a very short one night stay. Nothing to dislike.

They saved my life actually, I had a previous booking and then I found out the hotel was fully booked, it was late at night. They accommodated me after midnight, and even gave me a double queen room for a one person price. The young gentleman was super helpful, respectful and friendly, it was great ! The room was clean and as described.

Perfect new (or recently renovated) hotel. The only minor downside was the long and overly stiff shower hose, which made it difficult for the showerhead to sit straight in its holder.

Breakfast was perfect! Staff was super nice. Very great location.

Kettle for coffee/tea in the rooms would have been very nice, and the pillows were a bit thick to our taste.
