The room was very clean. The location was perfect: very close to the Main Station and within the city center. Breakfast had a variety of cold and hot options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked the room for the soundproof walls, but you could still hear some noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. The bed was ok, the mattress could be sturdier.

They saved my life actually, I had a previous booking and then I found out the hotel was fully booked, it was late at night. They accommodated me after midnight, and even gave me a double queen room for a one person price. The young gentleman was super helpful, respectful and friendly, it was great ! The room was clean and as described.

Kettle for coffee/tea in the rooms would have been very nice, and the pillows were a bit thick to our taste.

We are a family with two small children, stayed here for one night. The location was good, closed to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really rich. We enjoyed the breakfast very much!

Very nicely decorated modern rooms in a great location and value for money ratio. The breakfast was very nice too and the free drinking water a nice bonus.

I'd love a hot water boiler in the room with a couple of tea bags but hot water can be received at 24hrs reception.

The location of the hotel is good as it's very close to the train station and the city center. The room was also quite big and clean.

We had 2 single beds next to each other instead of a double bed and 2 small single duvets. The stuff at breakfast was very friendly and when we asked for refills we immediately got them, but I wish they were a bit more proactive and refilled the breakfast items without us having to ask every time.

The parking garage was disappointing; the spaces in the basement were extremely tight, and unfortunately, I ended up scratching my car. If you're planning to stay here, I highly recommend parking outside to avoid similar issues.

The room was cosy and modern and the bathroom clean and with everything needed. Not a big room but perfect for me!

The Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong this time and the TV kept being interrupted.

Clean and the breakfast was fresh, special thanks for the lady who take care of cleaning the dishes and preparing the breakfast super clean no finger stain on the drinking glasses she were a gloves she keeps moving like a Bee I remembered my Mother once we received a gust at our Home,i really recommend staying a night and have a great breakfast.

Spacious room for one. Quiet. I could leave my bag at the reception prior to check-in. Requested a kettle in my room before arrival which worked out. Breakfast was great and the bed was super as well. A fan was in the room, it was quite warm and the fan was really helpful. Very close to Mannheim HBF.
