Our stay at Rate Mood Contemporary Living was outstanding. The space was beautifully designed—modern, clean, and thoughtfully laid out to make us feel right at home. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained, and the attention to detail in the decor and amenities really stood out. The fresh breakfast offered every morning was well worth the extra cost—delicious, convenient, and a great way to start the day. The location was also amazing. We were close to everything we needed, whether it was restaurants, shopping, or sightseeing. It made getting around effortless and enjoyable. If you're looking for a place that combines style, comfort, and convenience, Rate Mood is the perfect choice. We loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely return!

The only minor inconvenience was the shared laundry area. On one occasion, someone had left their items in both the washer and dryer, and I ended up folding their laundry and moving their load over. Also, the washer only took coins, which were a little tricky to come by. That said, it was a very small issue in an otherwise incredible stay.

I like the studio. It was right at the heart of the city in a safe area. The studio was spacious with a kitchenette and cupboard spaces for clothes. For the same price a chain hotel would only be a tiny box. The bathroom was very nice with plenty of hot water. I appreciate the space to lay out my toiletries and a well lit bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfy. The air conditioning could not go down beyond 18deg so it was a bit warm.

I did not get the code to access my room key at the check in time although I was informed that I would obtain all the info before my arrival. I saw another person at the door also without the access code. This access procedure could be improved.

The room was very clean. It had a AC, a balcony, and the blackout kept the room really dark. Location was perfect: close to supermarket and stores.

I booked here for the soundproof but I could still hear my neighbor turn around in their bed or dragging the chair. Like my neighbor's, my bed was really squeaky when you turned around.

Smart design with big watdrobe and a kitchenette. Excellent coffee, real dishes. The bed and pillows were comfy. Room for suitcases and a writing desk. Terrific bathroom and shower with counters for 2 people's stuff. Adjustable A/C was a beautiful treat. A lift for heavy bags. Super location for trams, groceries & shopping.

The street is under major repairs, some jackhammering (but windows muffle most of thenoise). We had no running water for 1 day, but good communication and options given. We took a day trip and water was back at night.

Tasty BreakFast. Rooms are clean. The building is secure. Parking in the road and parking lots next. Many Restaurants nearby by foot.

The Morning BreakFast is just too tasty. BUT.. you need to wait a but 10-15 minutes for it to be prepared and if there are some people waiting before you, then you need to add this time.

The location is pretty well with access to all amenities. Quick response from the front desk both via phone and message. Wifi facility, chair and desk along with note pad. I found the perfect place for my work-related travel.

I found that 'Mood' is one of the best studio apartment in the Mannheim/Ludwigshafen region. I used to travel frequently due to my work and lived in different Studio apartment, but after living here, I was doubting to myself that why I did not find it earlier. The lighting, cleanliness, arrangements, heating/cooling technology, check-in/check-out process, etc. were perfect! Thanks for everything.

Finished to a very high standard and very secure property. Very comfortable for one traveller but would be ideal for a couple. Air conditioning was a great addition as room got quite hot. Clear communication from property prior to visit. Self entry was simple and straightforward.

Nothing All top notch

The hotel is in a calm street, my room was on the side of an inner courtyard and it was absolutely quiet at night. The room was of a decent size, very comfortable desk to work, decent bed, very nice shower, good airco. A big balcony was a very nice extra. The breakfast was fabulous, it's served in a form of a mini personal buffet.

A drying wreck for dishes would be nice. Otherwise there's really nothing to complain about.

Location was great. The flat was very comfortable and clean, and I enjoyed my stay very much. The bathroom was squeaky clean, and housekeeping tidies the room daily. All in all, great stay!

The property did not have water for most of Thursday, as there was an emergency maintenance of the pipes, but it did not affect me that much as I was not in my room most of the day.
