I liked how warm and welcoming the management staff was. They waited for our arrival to make sure we could get in the parking lot. We also loved the mini kitchen, coffee, and how spacious it was.

The instruction on how to get into the parking were unclear because they were lost in translation. The location is a little sketchy because of the amount of graffiti, buildings in disrepair, and the industrial buildings nearby. Also it’s very inner city surrounded by bars and large party crowds. However, during the day, it was pleasant and the graffiti and disrepair was less intimidating and became charming. There was no iron in the room. I don’t know if most hotels in Europe don’t have an iron in them but I would have really liked this convenience.

Large and spacious room, nicely decorated and complete with everything necessary. Very clean. Eating corner in the room, with complimentary tea and coffee, coffee machine, a sink, a water boiler and a fridge. Comfortable mattress, the not-too-soft type, which I firmly believe to be essential for a good, restful sleep. Good Wifi coverage. Extremely cooperative owners: my car was too large for their garage access and they allowed me to park in a staff-reserved area in front of the hotel. Definitely recommended.

The only one glitch which will cost the Hafen a vote of perfection is the room fridge. That was not a standard fridge but a "Peltier-cell" fridge instead, which will keep whatever you put inside it barely cool, no matter if you have set its refrigerating power knob to the max.

A very friendly welcome, the car was not fitting in the back yard and she left her car in another parking lot until I arrived. The room was very cosy and clean

Internet was very slow due to the poor signal from my room. The shower was okay but a bit tight to enter. The shower room is not the biggest and the shower door didn't open completely. No hair dryer.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bathroom was acceptable in size. There was a misunderstanding with something but it was resolved in exceptional time. I would recommend the accommodation to family and friends.

The entrance for the car to the underground garage and backyard is pretty narrow. I wouldn't say it is something that I don't like but just a heads up for someone who is not so good with driving through narrow driveways.

Everything was great Staff was amazing, room is soooo clean and comfortable The place is nice The location is the best, close to everything, away from noise And the most important thing is the parking 10/10

The room was very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and nice details in the room.

The dimensions of the parking was discussed shortly before arrival. Thankfully our car fit but it would be good to communicate this before. We chose the hotel because of the parking.

Distance from the station is a little far, so you should be comfortable riding busses or driving a car.

Very clean , spacious rooms with comfortable beds.In suite kitchen has small appliances and an espresso machine (with a few coffee pods, perfect for morning) .Parking is on interior private court. Late check in was very easy , clear instructions and prompt responses through booking app .

we stayed in a triple room, and triple rooms are on the 5th floor. and the building doesn’t have an elevator. but from the first minute they warned us about it and they said that we can cancel without any problem till the last minute. But we didn’t cancel cause it was not a problem for us. And the elevator is in construction, and will be finished in a couple of months, We hope to use it in our next trip after January 2023.

Nice studio and kitchen. Walking distance to multi culti part of town with lots of restaurants. Our bicycles were stored safely. The host is very friendly and helpful. Good beds. 2km to Hauptbahnhof.
