Didn't try the breakfast as it seemed cheaper to eat elsewhere. out of soap and tissues although they were replaced the next day. Milk wasn't replaced for 2 days.

Good location with a 15min walk to downtown city. Nice room, spacious and well equipped., breakfast buffet conveniant. Underground parking at expense.

Bed quite hard with puffy pillows that were uncomfortable. Amenities simple, just shower and soap.

Wonderful bed and cushions. Modern, wide room technologically well equipped.

No information about private parking until reaching the hotel. No telephone in the room to contact the hotel reception.

Location..easy with a car. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable 😊 The receptionist Sahar is very helpful to us 😊

Excellent location, fantastic staff who always provided for special breakfast requests. Very understanding when asking for a room change and provided great travel advice for the local area.

Could have had greater pastry choices at breakfast. The wait for the lift was often very long.

The room is quite spacious, and has a balcony which we can have some snacks and relax a little bit there at night. Hotel staff are all hospitalized and polite. Breafast are good as well, although not as many options as the hotels I've been to in other European countries, but much better than other hotels I've stayed this time in Germany.

The location is a bit far from the center, around 30 minutes walk to the Heidelberger Marktplatz. But it locates in a very quiet area, which is good for a weak sleeper like me. The parking charges 17euros per night, from 12pm till 12pm of the next day, not counting based on hours, which is not reasonable and expensive. I know it maybe a common practise in Germany, but staff should recommend or suggest some cheaper or free parking places for the guests in case they need.

The double rooms are very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern. We opted to have breakfast included and it was very good, although the staff sometimes struggled to keep it topped up as it was very busy. The hotel is close to the old town, about 10 minutes' walk away, perfect for seeing the sights, but we did not have much time as were only on a stopover.

There was only one lift in use, so often had to wait. Would have taken the stairs, but we were on the 10th floor, not very easy with bags! Other than that no complaints!

Location is perfect. Walking distance to altstadt, the team and bus passing in front of the hotel, many shops and restaurant along the way, parking garage right under the hotel, room is spacious and clean, the staff were polite, professional, helpful and speak English.

Not that I don’t like it because I understand that the hotel is under renovation. A little note of the things to improve: - the hallway is a bit dark - the AC makes noise even in medium speed. - the small fridge doesn’t cool - the shower is flooded even the first 5 second I turn on the faucet. Explain to Ms. Muhammad about the shower situation and she was aware and apologetic and reduced 20% from what I paid. Also she handed us some souvenirs from Hotel. And took care of our parking ticket. I am sure when next time I am in town and stay there, everything will be fixed and improve because the hotel and staff do deserved 10!
