Perfect location, comfortable beds, friendly staff

Cleanliness Breakfast quantities; There was variety but not enough for all guests and not renewed.We had to ask for some eggs, juice,etc. Then we stopped asking and just had what was left. Guests were constantly checking for food and uncovered empty containers. This should have been taken care of by the hotel staff. All the messages I received before arrival were in German.I asked if they could explain in English but ignored my message and continued in German.I had to Google translate everything while travelling. If English is not an option please correct the information on your page.

Great location, very close to tram links, shopping and restaurants. Hotel reception and rooms looked good.

The smell. I soon as you use the lift or go in corridors around the building its horrible. However reception area, rooms and restaurant it wasn't noticeable. Breakfast offer was disappointing and there are better options available within walking distance.

Best location. Just walking distance from the main attractions. Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast food was great!

I had a bad allergic rhinitis attack because of the dust from the room. Obviously i wanted it to be cleaned the next day. But after being outside the whole day on our 2nd day (hanged the sign around 11am), the room was not cleaned. We were told we should hang the sign the night before. Hmm okay? So the night/day we arrived? How should I know room will be dusty already on our 2nd day. Took a photo of the dust from the headboard. I wonder when was the last time it was cleaned.

breakfast is good. Reception is super and help us on how to ride a bicycle. Location is good as well.

No shampoo, no handy wash, no tissue The room service is to be improved.

The staff was excellent. The location ideal. We were there for the Christmas Markets and although it is not in the old city, it is located at the edge, so it was an easy walk in & through the old city. They have a nice little lobby with lobby bar that was fun to hang out at night before going to bed. Breakfast was well put together and very busy every morning. Handicapped notes - There is a handicapped space located 100' from the front of the hotel, and my wife uses a mobility scooter and the elevators are large and the front door has a ramp. The rooms weren't overly large, but it was workable. I wish they would add more grab bars in the bathroom (but I wish this for 80% of the hotels we stay in). Overall it was workable.

As others have mentioned, the room could have been a little cleaner. There was lots of dust beneath the bed, and a few small black specs on the sheets. It wasn't terrible, maybe an 8/10, and part of the issue is the hotel we stayed in before was spotless.

We had an overall pleasant and satisfying stay at Plaza Premium Heidelberg. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease throughout our visit. The room was clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable experience. Despite some minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future. Thank you to the wonderful team for their hospitality!

We faced some challenges with the room's temperature controls, which were a bit tricky to set to our desired level. It might be helpful for the hotel to provide clearer instructions or adjust the system for user-friendliness. Additionally, while the parking facility was convenient, we found it slightly inconvenient that the parking fee covered only until 14:00 the next day. It would have been ideal to extend the parking time to align better with check-out schedules.

This hotel offers an excellent location with stunning views of the town and castle. The property is exceptionally clean, with spacious and easily accessible parking. It’s modern, well-appointed, and conveniently situated near numerous shops, restaurants, and the Hauptstrasse, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

The pillows were uncomfortable, and the climate control was a bit tricky to adjust. The desk staff felt somewhat aloof, making the service feel a bit impersonal. While housekeeping could have been more attentive to requests, it didn’t significantly impact the overall stay.

The location and the room.

At night, the elevator smells like sewage. There wasn’t onsite parking. We had a unique experience where the shower wouldn’t drain and the safe wouldn’t lock, and they didn’t fix them until the next day. We were told these issues would be fixed in the morning, but then we went back to the room around noon and nothing was fixed - they said other rooms had issues and they never communicated to us that the timing had changed. They eventually fixed the issues but the experience wasn’t the best and we were frustrated.

The room was amazing! We had a corner room overlooking the castle which was absolutely stunning! The windows were nice and large so we could enjoy the view. The lady who checked us in was so nice and made sure to give us the best room available of our kind plus we were able to check in early as well. The room was so spacious for the 3 of us and the beds were super comfy. The beds were also super comfy and the bathroom was well equipped. Highly recommend!

The only downside was that we stayed one night would definitely book for longer next time!

I did not like the restaurant on the seventh floot that is connected to the hotel via the lift.The personnel specially a lady that was working on Sunday 20th of April at 17.30 (Easter) at the afternoon was very unpolite, rude and talking to me in a bad manner because I asked for a better table considering that the restaurant was empty and the tables free at that time. She gave as a table next to a window and had on purpose the window open
