I liked everything! Especially kind and attentive attitude! I am very grateful! The balcony in room 209 is superb! The bed was very comfortable. Many thanks to the Ukrainian ladies who cleaned my room and were very kind and attentive to me… I was staying at the guesthouse after the surgery at the ATOS clinic. The environment was enjoyable, and I had a quick recovery thanks to all your care and hospitality! I heartily recommend the place.

This place is perfect for exploring Heidelberg. It is around the corner from the Altstadt and the river, nearby shops and supermarkets. Great staff, very clean room!

The bed is a bit short (I am guessing 1.90m), so if you are >1.75 you have a problem! The kitchenette is good for boiling an egg, but personally I would not want to cook a meal there: especially since one of the windows was closed off.

The room was neat and compact. In the kitchen you had all that you needed to make yourself breakfast. The beds were super comfy. The location was good, walking distance from the train station and the old town but still nice restaurants nearby. Self check-in was easy and effortless. Nice terraces outside.

Having no staff around when a too small baby cot was put in our room. The staff was readily available by phone, however, and we could pick up a bigger bed ourselves after we received instructions. Check in procedure was very clear but we didn't get any check out information as we had to leave before the reception's opening hours. However, there was already someone in the reception (maybe because I tried to message them about our early check out?). The pillows were too big.

It was quiet at night, the windows are equipped with blinds againts morning sun. Very good location - just a couple of minutes to a very busy place with lots of food opportunities and Altstadt. You can leave your luggage at the departure day in the hotel and pick-up it in the evening. The personal was very friendly.

The ventilation was not so good, I don't know why. But during the night it was very stuffy (stickig). I had to use the stove ventilation to make it possible to sleep. Most of the hotels suffer from the duche water leackage into the main part of the bathroom, and here I also was not able to keep it dry - the duche doors behave pretty frivolously. And there are not so many hooks in the bathroom some would expect to have a nice stay.

It was very easy to find and has a great location, very close to the train station and just outside the old town. The building is very clean and check-in was very easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful too. Our room was very spacious with access to plenty of windows and a private balcony. We enjoyed out stay here very much and wished we had booked another night.

Lovely rooms, clean and well-resourced with a small kitchen. Highly recommend. Bonus was a great Italian restaurant across the road. Catered brilliantly for my friend who is a celiac.

One of the rooms was on two levels and this was an issue for my friends as one had a bad back and going to the loo during the night was a problem.

I liked everything! The cleanliness, the facilities and the staff were all great. The location is brilliant, 2 or 3 minutes walk from the start of the pedestrian area in the old city, and on the station side, which means you are also a bit closer to the station. I had access to the property after check out, which meant my suitcase could stay there while I went back into the old city, plus I could sit and relax indoors or outdoors and use a loo before finally leaving Heidelberg. I'm determined to come back to it :)

Nothing really that I didn't like, except maybe have a study lamp on the little table which is against the wall.

Great location, easy walking distance to shops transport attractions. Easy to come and go from the property. Spacious room, with near shared outdoor deck area. Lovely in the evening to see the stars. Kitchenette for meal prep. Lovely cool refrigerator. Wi-Fi ok…a little unstable.

Very hot room. Fan was helpful. Able to open windows in the evening. Probably a great room in the winter, but quite uncomfortable in the warm weather. Might be noisy for some, but I felt familiar with the sound of trams and street activity. This reminded me of home here in Melbourne, Australia.

Our apartment was very clean and organized. The location of the guesthouse is great. Nice restaurant and bars around the Guesthouse. A good continental breakfast place is opposite of the guesthouse. A good backerei is also available opposite to the Guesthouse.

Breakfast would be a great add-in as a suggestion.

Great location. Good bakery and shops nearby and short walk to the river and the old town. We walked from the train station and that was 15 mins in the other direction. There is a lift and the bed and shower were good. The room functioned well enough for a very short stay. Other room options would have been better.

We had the room with the dormer windows and steep sloping ceiling and that does limit access to one side of the bed. It is a cheaper room and the compromise in space is significant. One duvet was very heavy and could use renewed.
