Lovely hotel on the edge of the old town. Breakfast was good although some extra hot choices would make that really great. The bed was very comfortable.

Although check in was available until 9pm, when we arrived at 8:30 thee was no-one available to answer the door or let us in. We rang the hotel phone number and were provided with instructions over the phone to open the keysafe outside the door. We then had to return that to the outside safe once we had got our own key. The hotel doors are locked all the time so unless someone is there and answers the door bell the only access is by ringing the hotel phone number. This should be made more obvious when the booking is made.

Great hotel, absolutely fabulous staff at all times attentive, friendly and welcoming. Very clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices, all delicious. The location is very close to the Bismarcksplatz the transport hub of trams and buses. A short walk brings you to the centre of the Old Town with its restaurants, shops and Taverns. I would have no hesitation in returning to this Hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the main attractions in the historic city center. Public transport connections are excellent, with Bismarckplatz nearby. There are also several supermarkets close to the hotel, which is very convenient.

Due to the vibrant nightlife in the area, it can get quite noisy at night, especially on weekends.

The best 3 things from this hotel were: 1) The staff: Who was very diligent and tentative and extremely friendly, it was very nice to deal with all them. 2) Exceptional breakfast served inside rooms very comfortable and with nice arrangements. 3) Location: About 10 minutes walking distance from the river and the beautiful old part of the city. Also the parking lot assigned about 150 mts from the hotel.

The only thing disappointed was the stains marks over the room carpet. However it was fully compensated by the attention and service of all the staff it was present during our stay.

The hotel was really nice. The breakfast was very complete and buffet style. The best was the location, at the very heart of Heidelberg and next to the bus stations. The staff was vert friendly and helpful as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Really nice continental breakfast with a great selection of pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, and fruit. Nice rooms with comfortable beds.

The gym is under renovation so it currently consists of just a leg press in a very warm room.

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast and very good coffee (what is rare at hotels). They even have a mini-gym.

I came just at 23:00, but I didn't see at the end of the confirmation text that check-inn is just before 21:00. I didn't receive any message about that from a hotel (so I needed to look for an another one at the middle of night) and couldn't reach anybody, so please pay attention to this small but very important detail.

TV was rather outdated. It did not have standard channels such as CNN. But clearly, it was a bad idea to watch TV while in Heidelberg. There was a lot to see in the neighborhood.

It is a beautifully decorated hotel in a good location. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a really good selection of delicious food for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

Staff was great . I have to thank each one that tried to me help and support ( starting from the reception to excellent breakfast team ) I stayed there just for one night to take my exams at next day. In the morning they provided me with a great coffee . Thank you to all.
