The hotel is run by very professional and friendly staff who were willing to even adapt my booking to suit changes in my schedule. It is ideally situated with easy access to the old city, and University Hospital. In a quiet area with good restaurant's and public transport. Easy accessible parking in close proximity to the hotel. Modern spacious rooms and lounge areas to just sit and enjoy a bottle of wine or work. Highly recommended!!

Stayed here to explore the old town and visit the Christmas markets. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with a bakery across the street. Perfect location! The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check out late and leave our luggage until our train left. The hotel was so nice and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel went beyond our expectations. The location, the staff, the rooms, the view, the service, everything is impecable and beyond what we thought (and read) it would be. Front desk: very friendly staff. They welcomed us with a tea while we waited for our room to be ready. The room: 10 points with an exceptional view to the cute square in front of the hotel. Walking distance from the city center. Breakfast: supreme. We could even get some sandwiches for our way back home and they also gave us a voucher with a complimentary drink (tea, coffee, beer) to take at any time with us. And the cherry on top: they gave us a souvenir (mug) to take home with us. For sure an experience we will remember! Thank you Rafaela hotel for the beautiful experience in Heidelberg!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and we loved the window seat. Close to plenty of restaurants. Parking undercover nearby. Easy walk to historic town of Heidelberg.

Only negative, but it's common in Europe, is no jug to make tea or coffee in the room.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival. My wife was not feeling 100% and the kindness shown by Benamor lifted her spirits. That same kindness and consideration was shown by all the staff we met. Our room overlooked a very popular square and happy sounds drifted up to our room making for a lovely atmosphere. We’ve never experienced such a wonderful window seat as in our room. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Two soaked and filthy cyclists didn't expect to be invited into the hotel immediately on their arrival and two hours before check-in time. Reception staff ensured our bikes were secure, luggage stored safely and sat us down with complimentary coffee while our room was prepared. Couldn't have asked for more.

Very nice, modern and clean hotel in the excellent location, close to bakeries, bars and restaurants, and 15 min walk to Heidelberg's old town. On Saturdays there is a farmers market in a small square across from the hotel, which is worth visiting. The room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Considering that there is no hotel parking lot, but only public parking is available, it's bit misleading that "parking" is listed as one of hotel's facilities. This should be better explained in the general hotel description.

The hotel is located across from the Market square and within walking distance to the river. The hotel is very modern, the room have air conditioning and the beds are extremely comfortable. It does provide a good breakfast.
