1)I dislike the fact that twice the bath towels were folded for me as if cleaned and that made me very uncomfortable. 2)The Hotel policy for Air Conditioning was not justifiable, just open the windows will get cool air. 3)Two people occupying the room which means even water bottles should be 2 no i was told only one allowed but if i give tips then yes allowed. 4) bath facilities like shower gel, conditions and buddy cream when its finished it as not changed unless i requested for it. 5)finally i would like to Thank the Hotel Manager Mr. Remmie for such good thought to present a plate of fruits for the day. 6) last but not least i would also thank Ms. Katharina from Hotel Reservation Team for such great help.

Our recent stay at the Hilton Heidelberg was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, offering every comfort one could ask for. The staff were truly outstanding – warm, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a perfect experience. The common areas were elegant, well-maintained, and created a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, as every corner of the property was spotless. The breakfast was exceptional – a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from local specialties to international favorites, all beautifully presented and delicious. Overall, this is a hotel that combines comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend Hilton Heidelberg to anyone visiting the city.

Our stay in Heidelberg, Germany, was nothing short of magical! The picturesque town, with its enchanting blend of history and modern charm, swept us off our feet. Our accommodation offered stunning views of the Neckar River and the iconic Heidelberg Castle, which looked even more breathtaking illuminated at night. Wandering through the romantic old town, crossing the historic Old Bridge, and enjoying local delicacies were unforgettable highlights. The warm hospitality we experienced only added to the beauty of this vibrant city. Heidelberg is a destination we will cherish forever—an absolute must-visit!

Great hotel, great staff. Excellent and stylish hotel, very clean comfortable and quiet room, great and full breakfast (as well as the place), free underground parking. The behavior of the staff impressed us and made us feel as welcome as we feel when we are greeted and hosted by our dear friends. All the staff were impeccable but we would like to give special mention to SIMONE. Sensitive, friendly, with excellent knowledge and targeted answers to our questions, ready to help us effectively. She made reservations and found us places to eat and visit. Simone, thank you. I highly recommend it.

Οne or two hangers in the bathroom

- The staff was very nice and offered proactive help and advice. They even will give you food recommendations. - They gave us a free upgrade which was unexpected. - The breakfast was a bit expensive but very varied. - The room was comfortable and clean. I also wasn’t able to hear any neighbors or annoying sounds.

- The bed was described as a queen size but felt smaller. - Early check in would be nice to have but I understand it isn’t always possible. The staff was nice and let us leave our luggage in a safe space. - There are no amenities that justify the price for the stay, although the rooms are nice and so are the rest of the areas.

Everything went well except internet connection. The dining area is attractive, as is the lobby and the room decor. The staff is helpful and efficient. I thought that this location would be closer to the historic core than it was, but it was not a long walk away. It is also right near the tram terminal that connects the hotel to the railroad station. There are restaurants nearby, a barber shop, a supermarket across the street, and other facilities.

The room size could have been better but it was certainly OK and had the necessary facilities.

We loved this new renovated, clean and cosy hotel! Nice hall, big parking, spacious room with a compfortable bed and coffe machine, frendly staff at the reception and restorant. Breakfast with a good variety of dishes (special thanks for the hash browns!), delicious fresh pastries, good coffee and fruits. We thank the hotel for making our stay in Heidelberg pleasant and comfortable!

1. The washbasin tap is made inconveniently and far from the sink, so when washing your hands you need to be very careful not to touch the sink Also, the heated towel rail under the sink is located inconveniently and interferes with access to the washbasin. 2. It would be nice to inform your giestes that the baverages in the frige are free of charge

Very nice, brand new and stylish hotel located at a stone throw from the old town.

The hotel was beautifully renovated (previously Crowne Plaza). Its is certainly the best hotel in Heidelberg. Location is very conveniently for those coming by car or train, and is walking distance from the city main attractions. The fitness center is brand new (and hard to any other hotel in Europe to match!). Breakfast was marvelous. Staff extremely helpful.

Can't think of anything that I would change or that didn't work well during the stay.

Very clean and nice staff. Excellent location for getting to all parts of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. Free sparkling water was nice.

The public bathrooms downstairs had the toilet roll holders falling off, we had booked a room with 2 double beds, but when we got there they said it was only single beds- so they gave us an accessible room but there was no rails to hang towels. The room was 23 degrees and the air con did not work.
