Quite comfortable, clean. They provide you a coin for one free coffee/cappuccino from the machine, however the receptionist comes very late and leaves early so I never managed to use mine🤷‍♀️ You enter via payment to a machine so it’s accessible 24/7. But Im not sure where’s you can leave your luggage if you run to the business meeting before 9.00

Absence of air conditioning, but they provide a classic ventilator which works if you keep the window open. Quite far from the historic center, you need to walk a lot. May be an issue if the weather is wrong or you have health issues.

That it was super clean, the cleaners did a wonderful job, the receptionist was very helpful and hospitable and the area was close to the center ang quiet. I also liked the coffee, the fact that I had a balcony, heaters in the room and in the bathroom- you can wash your clothes, if you stay longer ...I had everything I needed.

Even though the lift was very silent and I noticed that the door was closing silently, there was a lot of noise in the morning, since my room was next to it and the janitor kept her cleaning staff next to the lift ...I couldn't sleep more, if I wanted to. I also didn't like the pillow ( but that's probably my taste :) )

The price is charming, considering its nice location and friendly service. Though the space of the room is a bit narrow, it is very clean and equipped. The WiFi is good and stable, and the shower is also okay without waiting hot water too long. Not to mentioned, it is wonderful to start a day with a cup of coffee that is tasting and free of charge.

The soundproofing is a bit too weak so you may be noised even the neighbor is just taking a shower. Fortunately, however, I was not really disturbed during my stay. The bed and the pillow are too soft, which make me not really comfortable.

We liked the bottle of water in our room each day and the one free hot drink per person each day. Everything was clean and comfortable. The wifi was good also.

We didn't like not having staff there (reception is hardly open even during the weekdays). The man in the room next to us was facetiming loudly in the next room - so loudly I could hear both him and the person on the other end - for at least a half hour each night at midnight and there wasn't any staff around to ask them to be quiet.

Very quiet place and at a good location close to the old city centre and with great public transit. Prices are reasonable. Rooms were tidy and comfortable, including bathroom. It even has a self-service check-in, meaning that you can check-in the hotel at any time, even if you haven't booked beforehand.

Due to the lack of reception, there are usually no other people to see in the hotel, which can feel lonely and unsafe for some. There is no breakfast provided, but there are many restaurants close by.

Hotel location is very good. We walked to the hotel from train station and then went all touristic places by walk. Room was very clean and warm , thanks to all staff. I always feel anxious about self check in's, but this was really easy understandig and fast. Receptionists always helped us when we asked anything, and done if it is possible. After check out we put our bags to luggage room until train time.

There are something that can be developed and be better. One of them is pillows, they are extremely soft that it was hard to be comfort for me. The middle area was not comfortable as the double bed was made up of two singles combined. It would be more useful to have more hangers in the room and bathroom. These are small and improvable suggestions, other everything was great thank you :)

Nice hotel located few steps from historical downtown of Heidelberg and not far from train station, also there are some tramway stations close. The room was quite and cozy and spacious with all you need for your stay there. The beds and pillows where comfortable. Every morning you have a money for have a free coffee or tee from reception machine, it was really a good detail. The reception is also equiped with a desk for a self check-in.

The hotel is in a great location with a supermarket nearby. Our 4-person family room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and felt like home. It was a whole ground-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, a dining area, and a separate bathroom and toilet. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, stove, large fridge, kitchenware and dishwasher. The staff were friendly and informative, and the self-check-in process was convenient. The accommodation provided a coin for free coffee from machine per person per day.

The hotel is well located, it is close to the old city center (the most touristic area). The rooms are nice and comfortable but it can get a bit hot during the summer as they are well insulated.

The reception opens late, so don't expect to see the receptionist not even at 9 am. There is a coffee machine, but you can only use it between 6:30 am and 8 pm, I would have liked for it to be available until midnight or so.

We booked several rooms and the apartment in the hotel to stay there with friends. The apartment is very spacious, and easily allows for all people (in our case 7 adults, 3 kids) to stay there during the day. The dinner table can be extended and enough chairs are available. The beds are comfortable and of good size. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, between the train station and the city center, with plenty of public transport options in the vicinity. The rooms have shutters, which make the rooms perfectly dark for a good night rest.

There is no actual lobby in the hotel to sit and relax, although you generally don't need it either. The chairs in the rooms are not the most comfortable. The rooms in general are a bit outdated, but equipped with all the necessities.
