The interior of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, well maintained with high ceilings and lots of space. The bed was great and the bathroom was huge, with a pretty good shower as well. Climate control kept the room nice and cool in summer. Breakfast wasn't very large, but everything you expected was there. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Mannheim city center and also very convenient for a city trip to Heidelberg. The hotel has its own parking garage, which is located about two minutes away on foot.

It would have been nice if the tv had been a smart-tv for streaming. As the property is in an old building there were some noises (water running, etc.) but nothing that disturbed our sleep.

The room was great, BUT instructions for key things, like the AC, were only in German, so not tourist friendly. Similarly, good luck reading the sign at the unmanned reception... also only in German. It said to call a mobile number (a long distance call, generally) it was also an unmanned mailbox. Eventually I figured out to walk in through the restaurant around the corner where I was greeting in, you guessed it, German (and Italian): I speak neither. So, the instructions for getting into the hotel need help, but once it, it was fabulous. I cannot comment on the restaurant, as we ate elsewhere, but it looked busy.

Very nice and quiet place, with AC working on this unexpectedly warm April day that reached 26°C where I could go down to 21°C.

Very minor, there is no indication that I coud notice about the name of the hotel at the main entrance and I had to enquire at the restaurant but everybody was helpful and friendly. In spite of the impressively long list of TV channels, TV5Monde which I enjoy when abroad was not there.

Excellent staff, location, size of room. great breakfast and great value for money Just one thing, I recommend they supply disposable slippers in the rooms.

Centrally located yet super quiet, comfortable large room and bathroom. Good air conditioning . Attentive staff. Easy parking. Had a great pasta dish at the hotel restaurant.

Fantastic room, large, comfortable. Great attention to detail. Super comfy bed and best shower pressure ever. Very helpful staff. Breakfast didn’t have a huge choice but everything was very good quality.

Good location and little hotel just a shame they use two twin beds together to make a king double bed which makes a very uncomfortable king double.
