Brand new, clean, and good amount of space in the rooms. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Lack of parking and not very warm water in the morning for a shower (the people who took evening showers had plenty of hot water).

We loved the modern, beautiful and practical studio with eye for details. Bed in master was wonderful. Bathroom and separate toilet welcome. Very quite night due to super windows and fine airco. Slidingdoor between masterbed and sleepingcouch. 2TV's and the sleepcouch had 2 real matrasses/beds. Lovely kitchentable and 4 seats. Bakery (sell rolls, bread, melk and butter too) is just 2-3 minutes walk. Parking garage in the building.City tram just 2-3 minutes walk.

The hotel has been opened 2 weeks earlier. Some starter's issues?! Our room cards did not work for hours. In our wonderful equipped kitchen there was partially no power (eg. for the coffemachine). Coffeepads Nespresso you had to buy yourself at the reception. The parking was complicated:We paid 15 Euro but were not sure if we can park again after using the car in the evening.. .a lottery. The breakfast in the lobby is expensive, not special and crowded.

It is excellent for short stay family with kids.we had a toddler and he enjoyed.the whole hotel is baby friendly you can even get mixers and baby baths.you get bed sheets and pillow cases whenever needed.apartment very well equipped and they also have washing machines and dryer you have to pay for it but absolutely worth it.staff very friendly especially with my kid.the girl with curly hair and tatoos she was extremely helpful when we had issues with ac and she was very friendly with my toddler.excellent service.i suggest this hotel for all families with babies and small kids.windows are low and extremely entertaining for little ones.shower was good if you keep temperature low there is change in temperature but not a big deal used it with my kid no issues.

Only thing is the limited and expensive parking but we did not really face any issues with it.the fact that cleaning is every 8 days but honestly we could get vacuum whenever we asked clean bed sheets towels pillow case i think this way they try to lower their cost and completely understandable.

The location was excellent. It's not in the Heidelburg train station, but you pass the Burger King and it's in the opposite direction to the Ibis Hotel, about 2 to 3 minutes to walk there. It's near the bus stops too, so easy access to many routes! We got our swipe cards and you need to keep one in the pod near the light switch for the lighting to work, which seems pretty standard these days in many of these swipe card rooms. I liked the 2 stove hob and microwave in the room, a nice compact kitchenette with cutlery, cups, plates, etc. You can cook up something if you don't want to eat out. Plus you can make a cup of tea as they have free different flavoured tea bags or use the coffee maker. We just wanted a cuppa, so we hung out for a mo. The rooms are new and look and feel new, with a nice wooden flooring vibe. The floor looked clean, not scuffed and no signs of unidentified dark bits or yuck. No sign of carpet or a silly mat - it just doesn't wear well as these floors, so I liked their design choice here too, the room is cleaner without this. The stools surrounding the table were well positioned, so you could sit and eat near the kitchenette or watch the TV. The room smelt fresh too. There are enough surfaces and shelves for you to lay out stuff and enough extra bits and bobs so you could sort yourself out. You're not there for eternity, so in my opinion it's well equipped for the price and styling of the hotel. We had a short stay, so we did not get to experience all the facilities, we were just in and out most of the day and watched a bit of TV and had a comfy sleep at night. The bedding was good, I slept well, Rapunzel would have slept well too! It was quiet, the weather was cold outside - it was the second week in December, but the room was not too cold or hot, just right.

It is a large room with a fully equipped kitchen, basically everything you need. The bathroom also has plenty of space. It's very close to the central station. The room was very clean when I got in.

There is basically no cleaning service. Since they have this 'apartment + hotel' concept, you can only request a room cleaning if you stay more than a certain number of days (I stayed 5 nights and couldn't request it...). Also, the cooktop wasn’t working on the first day—I realized it wasn’t plugged in (I had to open the sink cabinet to check). As for the location, despite being close to the central station, there isn’t much to do! The closest supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away (but very well connect by trains). Still, I loved my stay there; I just can't give it a 10 because of these points.

It was very close to the main train station. So it was super convenient to go day trips and once you are back to the Hauptbahnhof, you’re almost reached the hotel. The room was clean and the idea of having a kitchenette is really nice so it was easy bringing food from the supermarket and prepare it on your own. The location was super quiet despite the closeness to the Hauptbahnhof.

I stayed for 7 nights and they didn’t clean the rooms ( changing bedsheets, changing towels , etc) unless you’re staying 8 nights or more. It was not a big deal but stying 7 nights is long enough to get the room cleaned at least once in my stay.

The room was really nice, well designed and fully equipped. The kitchen had all items needed to prepare meals including a microwave and stove. It was great to have an iron and ironing board. Despite being located next to the main station, the room was not noisy. The reception area has a nice decor with games, a keyboard and a foosball table and the breakfast was good too! There's a small fitness room as well. Can recommend!

Tbe pillows could be better or maybe an option of two types of pillows (soft and firm) could be offered. The temperature control in the room could be better, it was rather warm inside.

Lovely hotel. Everything is brand new and you get a nice small brand new apartment which is fully equipped. The bathroom was spacious with a bath tub. The mattress was very comfortable and the room had a big window with view on the back side. The kitchen is super nice and fully equipped even if you stay for couple of days or week you can find all you need. The lobby was nicely decorated. The reception was very kind. There is a bus, tram and trai station just outside of the hotel that made it super convenient to go to the city centrum. The parking of the hotel was full and we used a private parking opposite to the hotel which was at better price as well. I will definitely revisit!

Facilities are truly great. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious bathroom. Comfortable beds. Great location next to the train station as well as several places to pick up food on the go or to bring to the room. We didn't take the breakfast buffet option but from what we saw it looked fresh and diversified. Would definitely recommend and come back here on our next trip to Heidelberg.

Our room had a door to the adjoining room. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was not optimal and we could hear a little too well our neighbors through it (or the cleaning person the next day when they were cleaning in the afternoon). For longer stays, a dresser for clothes would be useful. Otherwise, there are only a few hangers in the closet and not even a luggage holder - so your luggage has to stay open on the floor.
