Brand new, clean, and good amount of space in the rooms. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Lack of parking and not very warm water in the morning for a shower (the people who took evening showers had plenty of hot water).

We loved the modern, beautiful and practical studio with eye for details. Bed in master was wonderful. Bathroom and separate toilet welcome. Very quite night due to super windows and fine airco. Slidingdoor between masterbed and sleepingcouch. 2TV's and the sleepcouch had 2 real matrasses/beds. Lovely kitchentable and 4 seats. Bakery (sell rolls, bread, melk and butter too) is just 2-3 minutes walk. Parking garage in the building.City tram just 2-3 minutes walk.

The hotel has been opened 2 weeks earlier. Some starter's issues?! Our room cards did not work for hours. In our wonderful equipped kitchen there was partially no power (eg. for the coffemachine). Coffeepads Nespresso you had to buy yourself at the reception. The parking was complicated:We paid 15 Euro but were not sure if we can park again after using the car in the evening.. .a lottery. The breakfast in the lobby is expensive, not special and crowded.

Location couldn’t be better, right next to the main station and the tram stop, both of which very regular even through to the early hours and you’re able to get to the Hauptstrasse in under 10 mins. Staff are great, really welcoming. Complimentary tea and coffee available at the kitchen area close to the elevators to the rooms. Gym, laundry available for guests to use. The room was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in and very generous on the space, you could not fault the attention to detail, clearly have great staff dedicated to keeping guests happy! The wet room was a fantastic, unexpected bonus. I’m getting one installed after my stay here! Highly recommend, Heidelberg is a city you feel safe in with 10/10 facilities and transport mixed with all the history you crave from a European city break.

I really appreciated the look of the building and its excellent location in the city. With the train station right nearby, it was very easy to explore Heidelberg. Since we arrived by car, the secure parking garage was a great convenience. The hotel itself felt cozy, welcoming, and comfortable. Although check-in was a little hectic, the staff remained very friendly and professional. The room was well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, and despite being so close to the train station, we did not experience ANY noise issues at all. Both the lobby and terrace had a relaxed, inviting atmosphere, and the entire property was kept exceptionally clean.

Reaching the hotel by car was a bit challenging, as it is located on a very busy street, and the parking fees were relatively high.

It is excellent for short stay family with kids.we had a toddler and he enjoyed.the whole hotel is baby friendly you can even get mixers and baby baths.you get bed sheets and pillow cases whenever needed.apartment very well equipped and they also have washing machines and dryer you have to pay for it but absolutely worth it.staff very friendly especially with my kid.the girl with curly hair and tatoos she was extremely helpful when we had issues with ac and she was very friendly with my toddler.excellent service.i suggest this hotel for all families with babies and small kids.windows are low and extremely entertaining for little ones.shower was good if you keep temperature low there is change in temperature but not a big deal used it with my kid no issues.

Only thing is the limited and expensive parking but we did not really face any issues with it.the fact that cleaning is every 8 days but honestly we could get vacuum whenever we asked clean bed sheets towels pillow case i think this way they try to lower their cost and completely understandable.

The studio was amazing. It went beyond my expectations. It has fully equipped kitchen, it is so practical in 25m2. The beds are comfortable. We had a great sleep. The room overlooked the street but when you close the window, it is comoletely quiet. It is spacious, practical, comfy. We really loved it. Designers did a great job. Staff could be more friendly. Some are like robots, lacking a smile. But some were really kind. Kristina (I think it is her name, black-haired girl) was so nice and kind, always with a warm smile. I think it means a lot at the reception and for a nice welcome. Alina was really nice as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a cosy accommodation and to be close to the train station.

Location, regarding the city centre. But if you like walking,it is not a problem. Cca 20 minutes on foot. There is also a station opposite the hotel. We prefer walking.

Very conveniently close to the central station (an excellent transport hub) and the brand new Conference Centre. Good sound isolation though. Very nice reception staff. Nice room, confortable. Nice selection of TV channels. God wifi. Nice breakfast. Nice ground floor terrace. Fitness room adequate for running when the conditions are adverse outside. Self-laundry area.

No room cleaning until eight night. Replacement of shampoo and shwer gel required insistence (I got a cortesy soda for that). Deficient design of the toilet in the room (toilet and shower doors collided).

The kitchenette was useful, nice to be able to prepare breakfast and snacks. Aircon: tricky to figure out and only works when all windows firmly closed but needed with recent warm weather. Location: beside the Congress Centre, haupbahnhof and the tram into the Old Town Good space and storage in the one bedroom apartment.

The water in the shower goes between hot and cold: this was mentioned by other reviews. Location, it is far from the Old Town if that is what you are visiting for. No availability of early check -in ( reception would not check if room ready …)

Excellent location. Free coffee and tea in the common kitchen. The rooms were not noisy at all even with the hotel being beside the central station. Extra door between hallway and bedroom area also helped to insulate the noise coming from the corridor.

Room was a bit dusty and fridge was not well cleaned also (some spots of food were visible). The staff didn't speak English very well and that made some communication difficult. On the last day, cleaning came knocking my room in the early morning while I wasn't checked out yet

The location was excellent. It's not in the Heidelburg train station, but you pass the Burger King and it's in the opposite direction to the Ibis Hotel, about 2 to 3 minutes to walk there. It's near the bus stops too, so easy access to many routes! We got our swipe cards and you need to keep one in the pod near the light switch for the lighting to work, which seems pretty standard these days in many of these swipe card rooms. I liked the 2 stove hob and microwave in the room, a nice compact kitchenette with cutlery, cups, plates, etc. You can cook up something if you don't want to eat out. Plus you can make a cup of tea as they have free different flavoured tea bags or use the coffee maker. We just wanted a cuppa, so we hung out for a mo. The rooms are new and look and feel new, with a nice wooden flooring vibe. The floor looked clean, not scuffed and no signs of unidentified dark bits or yuck. No sign of carpet or a silly mat - it just doesn't wear well as these floors, so I liked their design choice here too, the room is cleaner without this. The stools surrounding the table were well positioned, so you could sit and eat near the kitchenette or watch the TV. The room smelt fresh too. There are enough surfaces and shelves for you to lay out stuff and enough extra bits and bobs so you could sort yourself out. You're not there for eternity, so in my opinion it's well equipped for the price and styling of the hotel. We had a short stay, so we did not get to experience all the facilities, we were just in and out most of the day and watched a bit of TV and had a comfy sleep at night. The bedding was good, I slept well, Rapunzel would have slept well too! It was quiet, the weather was cold outside - it was the second week in December, but the room was not too cold or hot, just right.
