Near MC Donalds, where I could charge my electric car. Near to American style restaurant and lunchroom (Mendy's). Parking space below hotel in basement.

It was not clear how to check in or check out. We checked in digital and we thought this would be the same way when we left. But afterwards we had to contact the reception. It was also not clear that we had to pay for the parking.

I like the small gardens, in the first floor rooms, (but probably make it more private) really nice space to seat. also the backyard and the green space next to the kitchen is a really nice space to seat in the morning

I dont give a 10 in the rate because the tv dosen´t work with any app. No youtube and much less with netflix. it was just tv channels

Breakfast was simple, but excellent. We rented e-bikes nearby and that made up for the location, town (altstadt) easy to reach and nice to explore the surrounding areas. Great beds.

it was initially not so clear you had to preregister for breakfast, but as we got it anyway it was all fine.

Staff super friendly.Room super clean and has everything that you need. Super easy to arrive - 7 min walk from main station in Heidelberg. Close to transportation and easy access to the city center.

Room could he air conditioning. June is pretty hot in Germany nowadays.

The staff were so helpful, kind and accommodating. The apartment was huge, clean and comfortable, with 2 balconies.

We were a bit far from the old centre of town but close to the train station. And I don’t think the kitchen was stocked for a family that cooked most meals, but we managed.

Clean and organized

Lots of construction going around in the area, which made it a bit difficult to navigate upon arrival. There’s a 36 minute walk into the city center, so you can get lots of steps in!

Self check in is easy, only one password is needed, comparing to others which might need 3-4 to open door after door… So even there is no stuffs for most of the time, there is no problem. Overall stays are very satisfying

They seems to have laundry room, but you need to ask their front office stuffs, which most of the time are no stuffs there, so we can not use it during our stays

The room was good sized and well equipped with a kitchen making it easy to manage with a child.

The location from public transport, mostly because of construction work going in vicinity that made the walk to tram station a bit longer than anticipated

Rooms are clean and nicely organized. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. For the same price, there is very little hotels in Heidelberg that have balcony included. Staff is very helpful.

Pillows could be of higher quality. Neighbors were having parties during the day and night, singing on the balcony, so it was loud and noisy one day and night. Since there was not 24/7 reception, there was nobody to take care of this problem.
