The hotel staff were kind and always helpful whenever you needed anything. Everywhere was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. It was great that there was a room where we could leave our suitcases after check-out and pick them up later.

The breakfast could have been better, and there was only one person in charge of it who didn’t speak German or English very well. There was hot water available at the reception, but it would be better if there were electric kettles in the rooms.

There were a few hiccups....... such as that I paid breakfast after staff recommendation but could not join in the end. That was disappointing really. Besides that staff were really friendly, willing to assist with finding my lost car key. Parking is reasonable at 12.50Eur per night - the location is NOT central and with construction it was difficult for me to get around. I had wished public scooters were available at least, but that was not the case either (probably as the location is a bit off inner city area). Such I was late both days for my seminar as I had to walk (run) for 2km ..... :( Would urgently recommend the otherwise professional and well-organized management to find options to have scooters available for guests (perhaps a cooperation with scooter providers to ensure 2-5 scooters being available at all times??) to remedy the location problems and, any issues with getting around to locations not close but not 5km away either such as the main station and seminar areas such as e.g. B_Fabrik at Bergheimer Str 104 !

Problem of not being able to join breakfast after i was UPSOLD breakfast but nobody mentioned a word about it.

It is a budget hotel not far away from the Heidelberg main station and relatively easily accessible from the city centre. My small single room was quite comfortable and well-lit and had everything I needed. The breakfast was fine and the staff quite nice.

The hotel is currently not very easily accessible due to road repairs. My room was on the 5th floor, while the elevator only reached the 4th floor, and, still worse, only 3rd floor on the way down since the button on the 4th floor was out of order. The air-conditioning in the room blew cold wind into my head and could not be turned off or reset.

The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me. They even provided me with a kettle I could use and keep in my room. The beds were super comfortable and the space was big enough for one person. I even had space to do yoga and work and it felt good! The shower had nice warm water and everything was clean.

The hotel is located beside the train station, so naturally you hear the train. If you area very sensitive sleeper I recommend to bring earplugs.

Room is clean and comfortable. Near to the main train station, however a bit far to walk to the places of attraction. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Be good to have white lights instead of yellow lights in the bathroom.

The room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable! the noises of the trains are not that bad, it wasn’t that loud as mentioned in the other reviews. Personally, it didn’t bother me. The hotel was clean and nice!

the location is a bit problematic, it’s close to the train station which is great, but it was so far from the old city and everything else! we had to walk for about 20 mins to get there. it would be nice to have a mini fridge and a coffee machine in the rooms! the fridge is really necessary!

Conveniently located. Walkable distance from grocery stores, the railway station, and the university campus. Very close to a tram stop. A few dining spots nearby. I will definitely use it again for an academic type of business trip.

The hotel is good and comfortable. It's also very close to the Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof, and a few minutes away by train or bus from the Old City.

Clean, well maintained hotel near to the railway station. Breakfast was excellent.

Too noisy because of the railway. And the distance from the city center is the geografical distance, but streets can't follow that so you have to walk a bit much.

My room was large (a double? though I didn't request or pay for one) and comfortable. Staff were generally helpful--afternoon receptionist allowed me to bring bike into basement after i tried the Bikebox outside and found the lock didn't work.

Showerhead would not stay mounted so i had to shower and wash hair with one hand. Bikebox was not a good idea even if lock had worked--too flimsy, especially in a place like Heidelberg. Also just FYI: elevator is small and unable to take a full sized bike (I have a folder)
