I love the location, cleanliness and the staff

I feel the pillow was too hard for me and the room was too hot. Am unsure if the heater was on or not but I didn't need heating and wanted to just rest and relax after a long day. I also noticed too much noise as its close to the Bahnhof and I had a room facing it direction. This made sleeping very challenging, as am the type who is easily awaken by the least noise. If possible, kindly offer guests the option to choose which side to book. In all, my experience was excellent and will surely comeback again!!

New, clean, and comfortable, I had a great stay during my business trip to Heidelberg. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, fast and professional - I also appreciated the ability and flexibility of the staff to allow for a check in for when I arrived a bit early (this helped me go directly to the Conference I was attending!). I also like the proximity to the Hauptbahnhof which gives great connections to the trains and buses. Despite its proximity to the train station, it was very quiet and I could sleep well (my room was facing the train tracks).

The price was pretty expensive per night compared to other times I have stayed in Heidelberg at other hotels. I also wish that there was a fitness centre, or maybe some deal with a nearby gym/fitness studio - but this was already known at booking.

Nice modern hotel located right next to the main station. The room was small but very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Despite the proximity to the station it was quiet inside the room. The breakfast area was spacious and the breakfast itself was nice although there weren't many choices. The staff was helpful and the staff helping during breakfast were very kind and always greeted everyone with a smile. The foosball table was enjoyable!

The hotel smelled great but the room upon entering the first time had a strange smokey smell. But since everything was really clean, maybe the smell came from outside, perhaps when the room was aired before I checked-in.

It's location is greatly located right beside the train station, the staff were very nice, the place looked nice, the bed was reallly comfortable, the shower was good.

Breakfast wasn't included in my price, which I think was fair considering the room and stay's quality, but when I heard how much breakfast would cost each day I thought "wow that's expensive". It was about thirty euros but now below 30 euros, I can't remember exactly but the price was really offputting.

Really awesome location, impossible to be closer to the Hbf. Very close by to tran, and app rental bikes or scooters. Clean, safe, modern hotel, feels like new. Very friendly young staff members. Room size including bathroom is OK, although if you get two tin beds these ate really small (narrow) and not super comfy. Overall very recommended and would stay again with no problem.

Small bed size, and AC not cool enough during hot summer days.

housekeeping .. was really very very bad .. firstly their system of asking for housekeeping is not expected from a hotel of this standard and price . we use a hotel cos it comes with these services .. and then even after asking for house keeping it wouldn’t happen .. I would return in evening and then ask again .. they need a good manager surely in housekeeping ..

nice hotel at good location. Perfect location when coming by train.

parking. I'm not sure who had the idea to have such a limited number of parking spaces when building a new hotel. So anyone arriving later has no spot, and there is very little parking place around. At the other side of the railway, they seem to be building new public parking facilities, but that is inconvenient.

The hotel was perfectly located by the HBf and we were using trains as our major means of transport. We took the bus to Schloss Heidelberg, but were able to walk back.

Air conditioning did not seem to work properly so we had the window open which allowed us to hear all the train announcements from the HBf!

-Next door to train station, tram station and buses (also a disadvantage because of the noise) - breakfast (included on our price) was excellent - very clean and comfortable room

- evening food very limited and we could not see, or find, facilities in the local area. Local area clearly being developed at the time of our stay. - bit cold and functional in the evening

They didn't have the room since it was Saturday, so they gave me a barrier free room, which was roomier and maybe comfier than normal ones

The drainhole of bathroom didn't seem to function properly. There was a litte pool after every shower
