It was very easy to get to, right next to the train station. I just wheeled my case across. The room was well designed, with windows that could be opened a little for some fresh air. The air-conditioning was very welcome given the warm weather. The tram and bus stop was right outside and I was provided with tickets for the length of my stay. I was glad my room was not facing the railway tracks. Generally helpful and pleasant staff - Mr Hessenkamp and Ms Vinna were very attentive.

Rather haphazard housekeeping. They didn't make up the room on the day they were supposed to do I had to go down to get towels etc. Even when they did some housekeeping it was cursory.

The location was excellent, right next to the train station. In fact, we could see it from the train as it entered the station. Whilst but far from the city centre there were plenty of options outside the train station that took us to where we needed to go - the staff was helpful and told us which tram to take. The room was as per the photos, clean, modern with everything one would need. It was also quiet, the only noise we heard was from the corridor. The check in process was easy and a staff was around if help required.

I love the location, cleanliness and the staff

I feel the pillow was too hard for me and the room was too hot. Am unsure if the heater was on or not but I didn't need heating and wanted to just rest and relax after a long day. I also noticed too much noise as its close to the Bahnhof and I had a room facing it direction. This made sleeping very challenging, as am the type who is easily awaken by the least noise. If possible, kindly offer guests the option to choose which side to book. In all, my experience was excellent and will surely comeback again!!

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. Parking is available on site, and there are excellent security measures in place to prevent non-guests from accessing the rooms.

The breakfast room is beautiful, but the breakfast itself was a bit below average. The selection was limited, and the coffee machines kept breaking down. To access the "free" Wi-Fi, you must subscribe to the hotel chain's newsletter; you can't log in with a password.

New, clean, and comfortable, I had a great stay during my business trip to Heidelberg. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, fast and professional - I also appreciated the ability and flexibility of the staff to allow for a check in for when I arrived a bit early (this helped me go directly to the Conference I was attending!). I also like the proximity to the Hauptbahnhof which gives great connections to the trains and buses. Despite its proximity to the train station, it was very quiet and I could sleep well (my room was facing the train tracks).

The price was pretty expensive per night compared to other times I have stayed in Heidelberg at other hotels. I also wish that there was a fitness centre, or maybe some deal with a nearby gym/fitness studio - but this was already known at booking.

Nice modern hotel located right next to the main station. The room was small but very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Despite the proximity to the station it was quiet inside the room. The breakfast area was spacious and the breakfast itself was nice although there weren't many choices. The staff was helpful and the staff helping during breakfast were very kind and always greeted everyone with a smile. The foosball table was enjoyable!

The hotel smelled great but the room upon entering the first time had a strange smokey smell. But since everything was really clean, maybe the smell came from outside, perhaps when the room was aired before I checked-in.

It's location is greatly located right beside the train station, the staff were very nice, the place looked nice, the bed was reallly comfortable, the shower was good.

Breakfast wasn't included in my price, which I think was fair considering the room and stay's quality, but when I heard how much breakfast would cost each day I thought "wow that's expensive". It was about thirty euros but now below 30 euros, I can't remember exactly but the price was really offputting.

Great location next to the station. Very good transport links. Great breakfast. Good staff. They will pack a lunch if you request it, instead of the breakfast.

The room was hot and the windows were kept open. Once I contacted Reception, they informed me that they will come and close the windows. The AC control is also unclear. There were more guests complaining about the same issue at the desk.

The room was a good size. There was a kettle for tea and coffee. The location is convenient directly next to the main train station as well as bus connections and local s-bahn stop.

The shower had a horrible smell. It was very heavy mildew and smelled very bad. There was obvious mildew/mold around the corners of the shower floor. I have stayed in this hotel before, and the previous room and shower was much better.

Really awesome location, impossible to be closer to the Hbf. Very close by to tran, and app rental bikes or scooters. Clean, safe, modern hotel, feels like new. Very friendly young staff members. Room size including bathroom is OK, although if you get two tin beds these ate really small (narrow) and not super comfy. Overall very recommended and would stay again with no problem.

Small bed size, and AC not cool enough during hot summer days.
