Nice location. It's not walking distance from the old city, but the staff pushed a button and in about 5 minutes a taxi was at the hotel. In about 5 minutes we were at the old city. We didn't use public transportation. Breakfast was very good, for 12,9 per person. The staff at the reception was helpful and kind. The room was very clean.

Pillows must be replaced. They are overused. In addition, during breakfast the temperature was about 18 degrees celsius. When we told that it was really cold, the woman who was in charge on Wednesday 26th June responded in an almost rudely way that we had to put something on, beacause the staff in the kitchen was hot.

Met my expectations. Value for money and absolutely fine if you do not require any "frills". Breakfast for Euro 10.50 was fine. I was able to park free of charge in front of hotel, but hotel also has parking for 6 Euros per night (big parking lot). Public transport to city center close by. Charging 12 Euros for our dog, which is absolutely fine.

Check-in was through computer terminal in front (which I personally do not like). People were queuing up and it took a while to get all needed info for each person into the system before getting checked in and receiving the room code. Had 2 separate stays: on our second stay elevator was broken and we got a room on the 4th floor - the receptionist was very helpful to get us a room on the 1st floor (we were traveling with a large dog, which does not like stairs).

Warm welcome, the hosts are always ready to help. You can even have a (good) pizza if you don't want to go to a restaurant and there are vending machines in case the reception is closed. It's a B&B, so don't expect anything fancy or luxurious, but the hotel is recent, very clean and quiet. The room was not that large but functional. The hotel lies only a 10 minutes walk from the main station (if you leave the station by the back entrance). A bit off the city but easy to go to the center and the old town with tram 26 or bus 33 (buy a day ticket, it's cheaper).

Not a real problem since I was traveling alone, but a cupboard instead of a shelf, or a bigger shelf would be great.

Great value for money, new, clean hotel, comfortable beds, nice bath, very good breakfast, simple check in/out, very nice staff. Will visit again.

We stayed on 5th floor with 2 kids. Only problem is the fact that the windows could be opened fully which is dangerous with kids... Pillows are very small and thin, for people who like bigger, higher pillows it is not comfortable..

Easy to reach, not far from the city center. Beds were not as comfy as my back would have wanted but the sleep was ok.

- Breakfast was below average with a limited selection of items. - A sign forbidding guests to take food out of the breakfast area is so last century. They allow you to eat as much as you want but a banana or a desert in you room or on the road is not permitted. I wasn't going to prepare my dinner during breakfast anyway!

Beds were okay, not too comfy Area was a little boring in the morning as it is in a recently developed area with offices etc.

The comment is towards the receptionist on duty at night. When pushing the parking button (he was not busy!) just didn’t open so we parked on the street. (cheaper , no complaints there). Enquiring for breakfast-as coming from the business knowing that often hotels have to also pay the extra commission on that so prefer to book on site and give them the money-he said “from 7” so we added breakfast to hear right after payment it was from 8 due to a local national holiday and “you now paid for it”. Upon insisting, turned out a bus group was there so could get breakfast from 7am after all. All and all.. perhaps not his best day but not a nice vibe he gave. Breakfast ladies… our RESPECT as you managed to turn a busload AND all other guests around, never shortage of anything on the overcrowded buffet! And all with a smile. In short.. perfect location.

Our room was clean. Our request for a quiet room was fulfilled. The staff at the entrance was attentive and courteous. In general, we were very satisfied with the hotel. Wi-fi connection was working very well. The hotel is a little far from the city centre, but it was very convenient to be close to the tram stop. You can reach the city centre very easily after 3-4 stops by tram.

There's nothing we didn't like.

Modern building. Breakfast was rich and delicious. There were free parking spaces on the street of the hotel. Price was very reasonable.

Rooms were not large enough. It would be nice to have a kettle at rooms. Hotel is a bit far from old city center but very near to public transportation and easy to go city center.

The hotel was very modern clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Having one room with three beds was great for my group.

Nothing to dislike. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Shower was nice and hot. Staff were very friendly. Housekeeper did wake us up at eight in the morning and we had not even checked out yet.
