Super friendly staff, and speaking English quite well. Everything was very clean. Prices for drinks and snacks are fair, and there's a nice selection. The location is very handy when traveling by train (roughly 15 minute walk), though a bit far from where most tourist attractions are.

The breakfast was €41 for our family of 5, which is okay, but the offer was also very limited. The only eggs available are hard boiled, the orange juice wasn't fresh, and there was no warm food (aside from the eggs). Not bad, but certainly not spectacular. The rooms were rather small, but okay for the price.

The room was clean and had ample floor space for our suitcases. More hooks and places to hang coats would be helpful, along with a mirror in the room. We only had one mirror and that was in the bathroom.

A second set of keys would have been helpful for our group of 4. Our room was close to ground level and to keep the room cool we needed the windows open. At night with windows closed it wasn’t too noisy. The construction banging across the street at 5am was ridiculous and should be reported.

Check in was easy and staff very polite and helpful. The room was in good clean condition and well appointed. W could not get a meal outside the hotel and had a Pizza from reception which was good and good value for the price. for breakfast, there was an excellent choice and good quality.

it was unfortunate that one of the coffee machines was broken, however people were patient and understanding, staff were apologetic. This is not meant to be a compliant, just for information.

Nice location. It's not walking distance from the old city, but the staff pushed a button and in about 5 minutes a taxi was at the hotel. In about 5 minutes we were at the old city. We didn't use public transportation. Breakfast was very good, for 12,9 per person. The staff at the reception was helpful and kind. The room was very clean.

Pillows must be replaced. They are overused. In addition, during breakfast the temperature was about 18 degrees celsius. When we told that it was really cold, the woman who was in charge on Wednesday 26th June responded in an almost rudely way that we had to put something on, beacause the staff in the kitchen was hot.

Met my expectations. Value for money and absolutely fine if you do not require any "frills". Breakfast for Euro 10.50 was fine. I was able to park free of charge in front of hotel, but hotel also has parking for 6 Euros per night (big parking lot). Public transport to city center close by. Charging 12 Euros for our dog, which is absolutely fine.

Check-in was through computer terminal in front (which I personally do not like). People were queuing up and it took a while to get all needed info for each person into the system before getting checked in and receiving the room code. Had 2 separate stays: on our second stay elevator was broken and we got a room on the 4th floor - the receptionist was very helpful to get us a room on the 1st floor (we were traveling with a large dog, which does not like stairs).

This is our third time staying here. We really enjoyed it - the B&B brand always has super affordable rooms and great facilities. We liked that there is parking on site so we don't have to worry about our car. Comfy room, good nights sleep, thank you!

It's a little way from the main town, so you have to consider getting a bus or tram, or an e-scooter. Other than that, it's a brilliant affordable option for a stay in a wonderful town!

Warm welcome, the hosts are always ready to help. You can even have a (good) pizza if you don't want to go to a restaurant and there are vending machines in case the reception is closed. It's a B&B, so don't expect anything fancy or luxurious, but the hotel is recent, very clean and quiet. The room was not that large but functional. The hotel lies only a 10 minutes walk from the main station (if you leave the station by the back entrance). A bit off the city but easy to go to the center and the old town with tram 26 or bus 33 (buy a day ticket, it's cheaper).

Not a real problem since I was traveling alone, but a cupboard instead of a shelf, or a bigger shelf would be great.

Location is good, room condition excellent, breakfast options available for all tastes & friendly attentive staff.

Directions from the railway station not the best. By chance, I found using the side exit continuing passed the Heidelberg Conference Centre to the end of the block. Looking to the left you will see the B&B hotel directly in front of you.

The hotel is a bit farther from the main tourist spots, but it suited our needs perfectly since parking was very convenient. The room was a bit small, but everything inside was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom had strong water pressure, which was great. Overall, everything was good and definitely worth the price we paid.

Great value for money, new, clean hotel, comfortable beds, nice bath, very good breakfast, simple check in/out, very nice staff. Will visit again.

We stayed on 5th floor with 2 kids. Only problem is the fact that the windows could be opened fully which is dangerous with kids... Pillows are very small and thin, for people who like bigger, higher pillows it is not comfortable..
