The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for people with cars. The tram stop is situated very close, less than 5 minutes away. The room was spacious. The breakfast was superb.

It is located a bit far from the city centre but the tram runs every 10 minutes

For the conference I was attending, the location was quite good. I also liked the fact that we were close to Kaufland. The doner place across from Kaufland was also very good. The room was clean and I liked the fact that I could choose to have my room cleaned only every other day.

As a Canadian, I prefer cooler temperatures. The room temp was good enough but could be colder. The thing I would have really found to be helpful was ice. I know this is a very Canadian/American thing. Eventually, I found a bag of ice at Netto mart but having access to ice at the hotel would have been nice. Or, if ice is not practical to make, a guest refrigerator would have been nice to store our drinks and other things that needed to be cooled.

We had a very pleasant stay. This was our fourth visit to this hotel. We like the rooms,the location, and the breakfast. Quiet neighborhood with on street parking.

The staff was very helpful. They provided a water cooker and ice. It was very close to public transportation. The street was very quiet.

The room had air conditioning but it was minimal. The shower was a corner of the bathroom with a shower curtain that did nt go all around the rod, so the floor got wet when we showered. The blackout shade would not stay down when the room key was removed.

Excellent transport link to Heidelberg centre. Clean and comfortable room. The weather was exceptionally hot 30+ degrees but air-conditioning was excellent.

A small fridge in the room would have been helpful.

The hotel was very clean and modern with a wonderful restaurant. Parking was easy along the street.

Hotel is not within walking distance to the Altstadt but you can easily take public transport to the Altstadt

Nice hotel not far from the city center. The tram line is not far away from the hotel that gets you right to the city center. The place is quite and the staff is super nice. The breakfast is great and worth the money if you think to have one in the hotel. The beds were great for the whole family, so the place is definitely suitable for families traveling around.

The breakfast was wonderful. There was a good variety and everything was very fresh. The location was perfect. Not far from downtown and very close to public transportation/streetcar.

No recommendations regarding improvements.
