I had a very nice and comfortable stay at the hotel! Very nice and big room with quite big and comfotable single bed. It was warm all night long, so no SPAREN here.. My room was with door straight to the backyard, which was great. Simple, but nice breakfast with very good REAL Coffee from REAL coffee machine and very friendly host.

Bathroom need some renovation.

real historical building , part of old city. big room with exit to internal yard, mini-garden, table and chairs vere there and we could spend time enjoying last warm spring day. Nice rest with total feeling we are restored and refreshed next day. Owner was hospitable and helpful. We liked breakfast. Hope to be back to Mannheim and will like to come back.

The location was perfect for us (for the town centre as well as the BUGA). Everything in the big appartment seemed renovated but not by professionalists as you could see esp. in bathroom and toilet. But there was a very big shower and an attractive modern bathtub (freestanding) which made up for it.

I like everything, the location was really good, the bed it was soooo good, big enough and nice..Netflix was free as well..

The only thing I didn't like was the toilet..A little bit old,maybe you can change the toilet seat..

Nice cozy cheap room, i need to stay when my train was broken and i stuck in Mannheim. Despite I arrived after reception opening hours, check-in was easy (however, i would prefer if i get information how to get the keys via message in booking or email). Nice location. I can recommend.

A little bit noisy, room and bathroom appear to be build and decorated on high level, however already little worn out.

The size of the room and the Bathroom was simply amazing. I also liked the sitting space over the radiators.. Nice to have a hair dryer in the bathroom too.

The owner Valentino was very nice, although he promised me a deal for more days, I still had to pay the same price and extra for breakfast. I booked my room especially because of the bath, but there was no hot water at all !!! Slightly warm, almost cold. I did not mind the company of the centipede in my bath, but would have really appreciated if Hot Water was present as it supposed to be.

Centrally located in a beautiful art nouveau tenement house, central station is 15 mins walk away. Liked the vintage decor of the room, it matched the character of the building. The room had all the amenities. Wish I had booked my entire stay in Wasserturm Hotel, will stay again when I come back to Mannheim
