A second stay at Niu Square. The hotel is easy to access by car and has ample good, secure, outdoor parking. Although just outside the city centre, there’s a tram stop right outside the hotel so it’s just a 5 minute ride to the main centre. Luisen park (well worth a visit) is only a short walk away. My room was on the small side, but perfectly comfortable and quiet - the hotel wasn’t busy (over Christmas), but I think soundproofing is pretty good. Staff were friendly and efficient. I chose not to have housekeeping in exchange for the optional alternative of a free drink, which is a nice idea. The hotel is well maintained (pretty new anyway) and has a relaxed feel which is why I’d have no hesitation returning.

I couldn’t get the air conditioning to work (possibly controlled centrally?) - room was just a tad on the warm side for me, but this wasn’t much of an issue. And to be fair - I didn’t seek assistance, so this is only a minor observation.

The standard room is tiny, especially for a longer stay, even for a single person. The major minus is the lack of a writing desk. But the lobby is quite spacious for some work. Breakfast is satisfactory. The beds are comfortable, however, the pillows are apparently very old and overused. Hotel is located right in front of a tram stop, which is very convenient.

Good quality for adequate money. Hotel has rather good location. Quite and safe area as not in a city center, but train station can be easily reached by the tram in 10 minutes. I liked the venue design. It’s rather new and stylish. Also very friendly stuff. I would be back there again!

Room size could be quite tight for 2 people, but it’s ok for night stay.

Really easy to get to, very close to the SAP Arena. Staff were friendly. Nicely decorated and the beds were super super comfortable!

Everything was ideal for our stay, maybe some more food options for the evening but it wasn't too much of an issue.

The hotel had a very nice location with two good restaurants across the street. The room was very clean and comfortable. The check in and out was super quick thanks to the friendly staff.

Unfortunately we were not able to connect our devices to the smart tv but the and the normal programs were not completely working. There was no coffee or tea “bar” in the hotel room.

The breakfast is good，the service also very good. I asked the reception desk for a kettle and they specially bought a new one for me.

Location - Tram just outside the door. Take it to the town center, trains, sports stadium. Breakfast was good. Bar at night was convenient. Parking good.

Only Asian restaurants nearby (they were good but not a German pub}.

Excellent room, with all the bells and whistles I could have wished for. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a nice shower (rather high on my personal priority list).

I arrived late by car and there were absolutely no parking spots left on their on-site parking. Parking lot was so full that there were even cars on spots that weren't actually parking spots. Roadside parking is challenging since there are few spots and there's a 2 hour limit during daytime. On the plus side, roadside parking is free.
