Staying was pretty good :) And stuff was very friendly and helpful. All possible problems veer quickly solved.

When we came there was a problem that the hotel didn’t see our booking, although it was paid. Despite that they managed to give us a room. Also there was a problem with coffee machine in a room. So admins gave us a voucher for free coffee in the lobby.

The rooms were spacious and very nice overall. They were regularly cleaned and when the "do not disturb" sign was used, our wishes were respected. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, which was quite important for the aim of our visit.

The pillows were too soft but if that's not something that bothers you, you'll be completely fine.

Great location to get to Maimarkt

The prices in the mini shop at the lobby are a joke. 24 euros for a supermarket bottle of white wine, 8 for a red bull and 4 for a small plastic bottle of water.

Great location. We stayed the night for a concert. Easy and short walk to take public transportion to the venue/SAP Arena and back. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean. Upon checkout, realized we had left something in the room. Staff were quick to help and issued us another room key to go back and retrieve our item.

It was a little difficult to find our room. The numbers were not in the order you would expect. We kept walking down the hall and found our room, but was a little confusing.

Very convenient option, located in a business area. There is a tram stop nearby, so hotel is easily reached from Mannheim train station. Very friendly stuff, tasty and variable breakfast. Room was spacious and well equipped. I was more than satisfied.

There is a bit lack of infrastructure around, but it is not, like hotel can do something with this.

The hotel is close to the highway and to the public transportation. Was easy to reach the hotel by car and go to the concert by public transportation.

The elevator! Only one was operating and it only fits 3 people.

Nicely located hotel, clean, comfy beds, fast WiFi, bathroom has been modernized. Service personell was forthcoming and friendly despite being understaffed. Free parking available.

Restaurant was okay but no outstanding quality.

Bar personnel especially John was very helpful , stayed at work till the last minute of our stay.food was amazing. Rooms spacious and comfortable beds.

Train station is a bit far .

Where do I start. Room immaculate, staff very friendly and helpful. A wide choice available for breakfast. Only a short trip on the #6 tram into town centre and Mannheim train station.

Only stayed one night. Wanted to stay longer.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast had a wide variety of choices. Staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. Service was extremely good in all areas.

The lifts broke down and getting service proved difficult for the hotel management. Eventually one lift was repaired but the other remained out of service.
