The staff was just excellent and very helpful in every sense. The rooms do have everything you need to cover your stay. You can even use the kitchenette to prep your own meals. The location is just great as it is in very modern part of the town with shops and eating places just around the corner. Within a 10-15min walk, you also reach Heidelberg Main Station. One night, the key card did not work but the staff on the hotline did a great job to help us out.

If you decide to use the underground parking garage, be aware that the access drive way does not leave you much space to maneuver if you come with a bigger car. But, this is nothing the staff can be accounted for. :)

The boarding house is in a nice location in the city. The central main station is just 10 mins away by foot. The apartment was very nicely organised and clean when we got in, though they do not come for cleaning until you get out again and if you need anything like towels and sheets, you can ask the friendly reception. Additionally, they are pet friendly which was an amazing solution to our cat! (but you should have the cat toilet and food cups of your own, it is not given in by the complex)

10€ for parking is too much per night if you have a car, especially considering there is free parking directly on the street. We did not take breakfast from hotel since 18€ per person is also too much for that. There are nice bakeries and grocery shops to have breakfast instead, with 1/3 of the price.

Aparment was clean. Construcion was new and every comodities were just in place. All equipments were good quality ( sink, shower, bed..) floor was done by solid parquet 👍. Worth the money paid.👍👍👍.

We arrived at 21:00 and nobody was at the reception. We tried to contact the number on recep door but no response. Helpfully was a guy (guest) who gives us the nr of admin so we get the key from safe.. The key is on safe where you should receive a code number via booking to open it. Secen days hotel should inform on booking about late arriving procedure.😀

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and modern. The breakfast was excellent and kept us going for most of the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I special mention to the lady who gave our boys a little chocolate each. The property was an easy reach to old town and the castle via train or tram (5 min journey) and the local amenities were brilliant.

The room was well appointed. The bed was decent with clean fresh linens and firm mattress. There was a very well equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, small fridge, cooktop and a grill/microwave combo. With an Aldi and Edeke nearby, it was very convenient to prepare meals in the room which was a considerable cost saving. Also, there is a restaurant on site which served very good breakfast with warm and cold options.

There is ongoing construction taking place at the hotel which caused some noise however, closing the windows greatly reduced the worst of the construction noise.

Very clean, comfortable room with a hidden small kitchen area that was very well equipped, including an induction hob and Microwave with Grill. All the doors in the hotel from the car park to the room floor open automatically making it easy for access with bags. Ample underground parking, some more limited space opposite the hotel entrance. The metro is a short walk away with trams that go directly to the historic centre so you can leave your car in the hotel garage. There is also a shopping centre near the metro that has a convenient Aldi Supermarket. The centre of Heidelberg is not to be missed.

At first sight the area around the hotel looks a bit run down, but in fact there is lot of redevelopment going on and the district is modern. Nothing bad to report.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The location was excellent – close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly suited for a family stay. Parking was absolutely hassle-free, which made arriving and leaving stress-free. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely choose this hotel again for a future trip.

everything was in order: nice, new, clean, nice bed, nice shower. We didn't have breakfast because it's quite expensive. But the breakfast seemed very tasty to us: a large selection of dishes.

there was a strange, unpleasant and rather strong sound from the lamps, which are located behind a wooden decorative wall (we had room 205 or 215, I forgot.) The location is not perfect, but you already knew about it in advance.

Everything was more than expected for the price paid (newly renovated, very spacious room and bathroom, Kitchen with all necessary amenities and coffee machine). Easy paid parking (only 15 euros/day) just outside the hotel and at the basement

No airconditioning, so the room was quite hot (we visited it in August with high temperatures) and the 2 small fans were not adequate and a bit noisy

The room was very large and clean. The hotel was a short (15 minute) walk from the main train station however it is located in a more industrial area away from the main sights. The price is extremely reasonable though!

I didn't like that the front desk closes very early (6pm). Although they sent an email explaining how to pick up my key from the safe, there was a mix-up and another guest had received my key. Luckily at the time, that guest was hanging around the front waiting for his own key and I could get it from them but the whole thing felt quite shambolic and unprofessional. I really hope that they sort this out in the future. To be sure, I would recommend arriving before 6pm. Also, the room boasts a 'passive' design but there was a clear gap in the window frame allowing a draft into the room. There is modern heating in the room so it wasn't cold though.
